I love Donatos but this location ALWAYS puts almost no cheese on the pizza. It's just sauce and pep and maybe one tiny sprinkle of cheese. I'll drive 5 miles further for a different store.

Nice, clean Donatos. In a nice neighborhood. Not super convenient to I71. There is a stop light to get back on to Polaris.

We ordered our food on 10/24/24 Delivery #193. The pizza was not even warm when we received it. It was as if it sat out around for quite some time. The Italian subs were missing the dressing and not toasted. When you spend $50 on dinner you expect it to be hot or at least warm! The only positive experience out of this was the delivery guy who was so kind!

Horrible service twice in a row. First experience I drove to the pick up window and was told the pizza would be another 10-15 minutes and the kid told me to drive to the front of the building and wait until someone brings it out. (they never did, when I went inside, the same kid was just standing there doing nothing) all the while the pizza was sitting there. Second time, last night, same thing, same window, same kid. Gave my name and he said it would be a few minutes. I wait for 10 minutes and finally someone else comes to the window and asks for my name. Turns out the pizza was sitting there the whole time. The kid who initially was at the window was standing around, not even in the kitchen. I will be reaching out to him and his manager. Ridiculous service or lack of.
