I ordered an eight-piece bucket with both white and dark meat. supposed to be two breasts two thighs two legs and two wings. I got four thighs three legs and One Wing. this KFC location has gone downhill for sure. I have been ordering from there for over 20 years and it's never been this bad

Should have just left. I pulled up to the speaker and it took a few minutes for someone to come on. She started by asking for my order. I started to order when she cut me off and literally scolded me to stop. I waited another few minutes before she came back and just said “what”. She either was not intelligent enough to realize that the profanities she was using with her coworkers we could hear or she just didn’t care. My guess is actually the latter. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was hoping that the food would be their redeeming quality, but such was not the case. Chicken sandwich was cold and soggy, and the long John silvers dry and overcooked. Couldn’t win either way. I should’ve gone with my gut instinct and just pulled away while we were waiting at the speaker. As the woman handed us our bags, she didn’t say a single word to us, but I offered a scow she turned her head.

Terrible customer service, the cashier entered the sidedish without asking me. Then I corrected her to my sidedish. Then I have to wait more than 10 minutes to get y food. The cashier threw my food at the counter with a loud bang without saying anything to me. My order was wrong as well.

What a breath of fresh air visiting this location. Everyone was so kind even with a smile. Ceaser was patient with me even after I messed up my online order. The customer service is definitely*****!!! He went above and beyond to assist me with my order. Keep up the good work! This location is wonderful!!!

I had the worst experience in of my life. The lady at the drive through had 0 customer service manners. She was rude and disrespectful, this is not the 1st time she treated us this way. She said “i can’t particularly understand my English”. Lost my business for good.

My husband and I went for lunch to this location after I got off work and wow. The man who took our order was slurring his words and talking so quietly that we couldn't understand him. He had delayed reactions to everything we said and on top of that, plugged our order in wrong. We did not receive our biscuits that we paid for or our mashed potatoes and gravy. He had to go inside to grab what we originally asked for and upon coming back to the car he said he was definitely on something along with some of the rest of the crew. These types of people should not be around food.

The woman I spoke to at the window was extremely rude. I got a wrong side item with an order. I don’t know if she missed it or I misspoke but when I asked for it to be fixed she cut me off and practically bit my head off. When I called to talk to a manager she answered was again extremely rude and the manager she passed me off to was not helpful in anyway. There is no reason for someone to be this aggressive over a simple mistake.

My experience was not well received by me. The drive-thru guy decided to play a practical joke. I had rushed to get there so I would easily be in and out before closing. I didn't realize they closed within 15 minutes of me typing in the address to Google Maps. I did not have time to waste on a practical joke.

So, I personally will not use this particular KFC again. If you like KFC and this one is convenient, then don't let this review change your mind. My guess is this negative review will likely result in less BS in the drive-thru for others. I'll just go to alternate locations or competitors if they're closer.

Not sure you guys can afford to lose regular customers when popeyes and chick-fil-a both just opened up right down the street.

Korissa was not nice at all I told him that I did not have a spoon inside the bag or a fork. He argued me up and down and told me that I did. I showed him the bag of food and everything. The food was turned upside down when I asked for a manager she came to the window and told me that she could not give me my money back for the food and I need to get the F On very rude Manager and very rude people there I would never ever in my life go back there even if they offer me free food I would not that is not a good place to go to eat at at all The manager’s rule, the the guy was rude at the window that the whole place had a bad vibe when I left there and I’m saying it to say that, sometimes in life people need to be patient with their customers and not be mean to them because he do not know who I was I could’ve been a person that was a shopper just for their company and he don’t even know but I would not send no one there to eat. My order was a L6 fish and shrimp combo
