The woman I spoke to at the window was extremely rude. I got a wrong side item with an order. I don’t know if she missed it or I misspoke but when I asked for it to be fixed she cut me off and practically bit my head off. When I called to talk to a manager she answered was again extremely rude and the manager she passed me off to was not helpful in anyway. There is no reason for someone to be this aggressive over a simple mistake.

My experience was not well received by me. The drive-thru guy decided to play a practical joke. I had rushed to get there so I would easily be in and out before closing. I didn't realize they closed within 15 minutes of me typing in the address to Google Maps. I did not have time to waste on a practical joke.
So, I personally will not use this particular KFC again. If you like KFC and this one is convenient, then don't let this review change your mind. My guess is this negative review will likely result in less BS in the drive-thru for others. I'll just go to alternate locations or competitors if they're closer.

Korissa was not nice at all I told him that I did not have a spoon inside the bag or a fork. He argued me up and down and told me that I did. I showed him the bag of food and everything. The food was turned upside down when I asked for a manager she came to the window and told me that she could not give me my money back for the food and I need to get the F On very rude Manager and very rude people there I would never ever in my life go back there even if they offer me free food I would not that is not a good place to go to eat at at all The manager’s rule, the the guy was rude at the window that the whole place had a bad vibe when I left there and I’m saying it to say that, sometimes in life people need to be patient with their customers and not be mean to them because he do not know who I was I could’ve been a person that was a shopper just for their company and he don’t even know but I would not send no one there to eat. My order was a L6 fish and shrimp combo

For the same $30 I spent here, I could have gotten more fresh and better tasting food at Raising Cane's with significantly less waiting time. I feel the crew is understaffed and very likely underpaid. I wish their management gave them the proper resources to do their job. Found a hair on one of my nuggets...didn't complain to the staff; I just wanted to get home and eat. If I had taken the time to drive back to complain probably I would have gone to deaf ears anyways since associates probably have an IDGAF attitude (not that I got that from any of the associates during my visit). From what I read on the reviews this has been going on for some time and probably the whole bringing Long John Silvers to share the space is to split the cost of rent. This place is in decay and the only answer is to stop supporting it financially. In order for this place to make a turn for the best it will require a bit of a revamping. I gave them a 2 star on atmosphere because there seemed to be some people in the dining room, but only because all of them were waiting for their food.

Charged 3.39 for a small fry and 2.89 for a med unsweetened iced tea. Menu for KFC posted online for Aug 2024 has lower prices listed. Person was fairly rude and dismissive when I called to make sure the prices were correct. No where else is charging this much.
