Long John Silver's | KFC

I ordered the sweet tea and it tasted foul. I'm not sure if the tea itself had been improperly handled and had expired or if the nozzle was moldy but it was undrinkable. While there was no visible debris in the drink to act as a clue, it tasted earthy and sour, definitely not safe to consume.

Ordered through DoorDash. The hush puppies are orders of 6.. they wanted to argue with me that it only comes up as 2 per order. The receipt online and that they print shows 6 per order. The manager wanted to do nothing but argue. We have ordered them before and the orders were 6 pieces and correct. Seems that management needs to be trained or taught to read and do math. 0 stars wasn’t an option but the manager on duty tonight was rude and has poor customer service. She gets 0 stars without question.

Did not even get a chance to order. Pulled up to speaker was asked to wait sat in silence for 8 mins before I just left.

Pros:
The chicken was perfect & juicy.
The biscuit was hot and fresh.
The nuggets were perfect.
The chicken sandwich was also perfect.

Cons:
Ordered extra crispy but got original.
Fry's were dry and didn't seem fresh, couldn't bring ourselves to finish them.

This is my third visit and they get it wrong every time!!

I got 4 shrimp instead of the 6 the meal comes with, and the receipt also indicates. The person verbally confirmed cocktail sauce was included...nope, nada, zip.

The fries were a smidge chewy- I shared with my kiddo; neither of us would consider them good, or even okay. They were just rubbery and old oil tasting.

The fish was good, and the hush puppies w a little good. The chicken was also good.

They did provide a fair amount of ketchup and tartar sauce, along with napkins.

They did not include any utensils for the cole slaw. I will note it is a good size coleslaw and was nice flavor.

We don't live close enough to warrant spending the gas to get the missing items...the sad part is this happens every time.

They refuse to accept DoorDash orders or calls. Their phone is either just turned off, or they switched it to the fax machine so they don't have to answer. I tried ordering food FOUR TIMES but they wouldn't accept my order AT ALL.

Keep in mind there isn't a long john silver near my house. So I went 15 miles to get some fish. Got home and it was chicken. That really made mad.

i havent had LJS in forever, so when i randomly saw this location during a drive, i wanted to stop. the wait was a bit long, maybe about 10 minutes in the drive thru, BUT it was worth it considering my food was hot, my drink was fresh, and the service was pleasant. ill take quality over speed any day! i wasnt in a rush anyway. it says my cashier was Brandon, but it was a girl who spoke at the window. either way, thanks for making my impulsive stop worth it!

Probably the worst KFC I’ve been to. I live close to this location and have been here at least 3 - 4 times. Every time they either give you the wrong order, take 30 minutes to give you the food, or give you less than what you ordered. There’s always some customers that are not happy here.
Either Need either a new manager, or new staff to better keep up with the orders.

Stood inside waiting while some chubby woman that may of been the manager ( she was wearing a completely different shirt than everyone else) ate grapes over the food that was being served. No one even acknowledged we were in the restaurant. We had to wait for the guy working the drive through to wait on us while 3 others stood around. The food was burnt, hard and disgusting! We will not be returning to this place. I see why they are closing these places. Poor management, lazy workers and they service food they wouldn’t eat…. Take your chances if you go here.

The female taking our order was rude and condescending. Her attitude was terrible and she acted like we were bothering her. There were two guys in the kitchen looking at their phones. The experience was awful all around. The receipt says Cesar is our cashier but it was a woman so not sure if that is the correct name. Very unprofessional!!

LJS - Employee #94, you need to find another job. Maybe confirm what you hear is being said and then you don't have to walk your crackhead looking self back over to wherever to fix it. Not my fault you are where you are in your life that you need to have SUCH an attitude with customers spending $60! at this establishment. Hello, we all have jobs because of someone else needing the service we provide! So rude & we will NEVER be back!
