I placed an order for a cheese pizza at 4:38 p.m. for delivery to an address less than two miles away. The estimated delivery time was 5:08 p.m. When the pizza had not arrived by 5:14 p.m., I called the store and was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes. I hung up and called back but the call was answered and immediately disconnected.
I called again and spoke with the same individual, requesting to speak with a manager. He stated that he was the manager. I explained the situation, and he told me he could not assist because he was the only person working and had no control once the order was sent to DoorDash. He then ended the call.
The pizza was ultimately delivered at 5:58 p.m., nearly 50 minutes past the quoted delivery time. Had I known the delivery would take that long, I would have chosen to pick up the order instead.

I am a DoorDash driver and had a pickup order from this location. One of the staff members spoke to me in a very rude manner. I was told the order was not ready, waited about 10 minutes, then I was asked to show the order name. After showing it, the order was already prepared and sitting on the pickup shelf for a long time. This is unprofessional and needs management attention

Got Large 2 topping pizza for $8.49, this a was 50% off deal.
OK Pizza for $8.49 50% off, but it would not have been worth full price.
In the central Ohio area, I prefer, Bennys pizza in Marysville, or Tommy's pizza OSU campus, but I did not have time to drive that far.
I placed an order online 2/5 @ lewis center for my daughter's birthday, I ordered all thin pizzas but my largest one was not thin and when I called the general manager, Jonathan was the rudest person ever. I didn't get a word in I was hung up on I called back to ask why he hung up on me and he said he was done talking and it's not his problem. I entered the information incorrectly. Now I've been going to this location for years even when they were in Delaware and never experienced the ignorance and rudeness from a general manager who also made sure to let me know he was the only one that takes complaints. Shame on you Jonathan general manager regardless if I made an error YOU DO NOT HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS! I couldn't even talk because you wouldn't allow me as well as after you hung up on me and I called you right back. You don't deserve that position you're rude!
I used to live closer to their Worthington location, and I loved their pizza and subs, and I got food almost weekly from that location for several years. I unfortunately live farther north now and there is not a location nearby. So today I stopped by this location and got a pizza and a sub. The pizza was hot in spots and cold elsewhere, and the vegetables were not even warm, which was weird. The sub looked like roadkill that had been sitting out for several hours. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!
Ordered extra large pizza. They made large instead. Check out girl said it may be miscommunication. But she Still charge me for Xtra large. I didn’t say a word and paid for it since it was only a couple of $ difference. But when I came home and looked at it, It was made so sloppy way that some of the area was missing cheese and sauce. Veggies were not spread properly. Looks to me someone was in very hurry to make pizza. Not good service.

Absolutely the worst service ive ever had. Putting someone on hold for 30 mins after taking entire order is inconsiderate. NEVER getting marcos again. Horrible and pathetic.

Really disappointed they passed my order off to Door Dash. It took over 75 minutes from the time I ordered until it was delivered. I was originally quoted 30 minutes vs 20 minutes if I chose to pick it up myself. The driver then took nearly 30 minutes to go the 3 miles in very little traffic from the restaurant to my house. There is no excuse for a chain this large to have to sub out their delivery service. If you are going to sub out the order make it clear from the beginning. I would have come and gotten it or chosen something else.

I’d like to start by saying I have been getting Marcos pizza from this location for the past 10+ years. For the past year or two I have come in to get a pizza practically every other day. They got all new employees and since then I have not had a single decent pizza. This is the only location of marcos that I have EVER been to where the pizza tastes and looks completely different than any other locations I have been to. As of around 10 minutes ago, this will be the last time I will ever go to this location unless something changes. The pizza I just got today had multiple pieces of hair on it. I have not received any refund for any of the 10-20 pizzas over the past couple years that I was not able to eat just because of how bad they were. Over the past year I have tried everything within the app (such as having it cooked well done, different crusts/thicknesses, toppings, sizes, etc) to try and see if the quality of pizza would match every other location but no matter what I do the pizza always turns out like garbage. I would like the owner of this store to contact me so I can either get a refund at the bare minimum for the pizza I just bought today.
