This location consistently gives poor service. Either inaccurate food order or quality of food is bad. Most recent visit (sept8) person working drive thru barely spoke English so had trouble ordering. At the window the kitchen staff had music blaring so loud felt like I was at a night club. Got the order home the fries were undercook so bad they were like cooked spaghetti noodles, there was barely any cheese on the fish sandwich and the quarter pounder bun was hard and stale. I'm just done with this location. Too many other options nearby

I have been coming through a handful of times when shopping in Lewis Center. Day crew is great but evening crew is not so great. My order is always messed up during the evening hours. The young woman at the window is rude and always has us pull forward to wait for just 3 fountain drinks. :/ I think I’ll stick to only coming during the daytime.

Came here on our way back from Myrtle Beach heading home; stopped in for a quick dinner after a torrential storm. Food was average at best but what caught my attention was the abundance of wet floor signs around the restaurant. At first, I thought they had just finished mopping the floor as any other person would have thought. As I was waiting for my food to arrive, I noticed something rather alarming. All of the wet floor signs that were around the restaurant were from leaks in the ceiling (roof). A table we were going to use was by one of the signs and a drop came by me and almost hit me. This place needs to get its act together.

Weird review to leave, but it's so oddly consistent... both their coke and diet coke tastes like it's mixed with root beer every time we go thru this location. Otherwise - no complaints! They're pretty speedy and generally friendly!

DO NOT GO HERE, they do don’t even know English if you need something corrected. I will never go to this location again, it’s gone down hill over the past year. Employees were fighting inside about who was gonna make my food.
Horrible customer service. They tried to charge me more than what I was supposed to pay. When I called them out , they said you only paid for one cookie. When I said I had a medium fry, then the manager threw the fries at me. The manager could not even communicate without the translation app. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS. Go to a different location for better service!!

Food was good and came out quick. I did have to use the app to order since the order screens were not responding well and the staff ignored me when I came to the counter. Not sure why but the kitchen staff was yelling pretty loud in Spanish the whole time too.

Went shopping at Walmart decided to try a different McDonald’s location expecting better service/food as I normally go to the one in Worthington. Worst mistake of my life coming here. I had 2 orders placed & paid for both. I had asked for my food cooked to order they pulled me and the manager as she said her name was “Sandra” (in which I think was a lie) racial profiles me telling me “you ppl always want something free” basically, you black people are always expecting something free is what she meant. Free? I paid for both orders and I told her that. As she proceeds to make that comment and turn around and walk off I proceed to pull around and walk in. The guy that took my money was at front cash she walks towards me with a receipt saying “ here you only had 1” so I asked the young guy at the register how many orders did I have? He tells her 2.. she then goes to “fix” my order handing me food that wasn’t what I ordered. After finally receiving the food I paid for I go to give my child his food & there are numerous hairs in his sandwich. Do not go here they are rude, the food is terrible, you will most likely be racial profiled off the employees mistake. WILL NOT BE BACK!!
