I went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s and had a confusing and disappointing experience. I ordered a McDouble, medium fries, a medium Coke, and asked for hot picante sauce. Instead, I was charged for two burritos I didn’t order.
I was then told to pull up to the back door, even though there were no cars behind me. When they finally brought out the food, I received two burritos (which I didn’t ask for), but never got my drink. I also didn’t get the hot picante sauce I requested.
It was frustrating to be charged for the wrong items and leave without part of my order. I hope the staff pays closer attention to orders going forward—it’s not a good feeling to pay and not get what you asked for.

This location does a pretty good job most of the time, especially when Blanca is working. The food is always seems to be ready faster and is fresher whenever she's there.

Horrible food. We ordered one Happy Meal and three coffees, two iced and one hot. One iced coffee was OK, the sugar free one came out more like flavor-free. The simple order of a small hot coffee also took 15 minutes to come out with nobody ordering and one person in the drive thru. We asked for it after 10 minutes and the staff completely ignored us. They didn’t notify us it was there and we had to grab it ourselves. The happy meal came out more of half a happy meal. We didn’t get a toy or drink. Will not be coming back. The way this place is run is unacceptable.

Take out - fries were cold and chicken sandwich dry and hard. Through away the sandwich. This reconfirm my opinion of McDonald's and my commitment to never go back. $10 for this cold unbeatable food

As soon as I pull up I’m yelled at immediately “What can I get you?” So I ask to look at the menu for a second because I didn’t know what I wanted (I wanted Wendy’s.) and she responds with a super rude “K.” I go to order not even 30 seconds later, and she screams at me “wait just a moment.” After I finally got my order placed, she just rudely tells me to pull up. She’s rude at the window as well, snatches my money out of my hand, and basically throws my change at me. I thanked her, and she didn’t respond. No you’re welcome, not even a no problem, and no have a good day either. I usually don’t have problems with this location but after today I will not be back. Spent $10 on two tiny burritos, a cold hash brown, and watered down “sweet” tea which wasn’t even sweet.

Every time I take a trip to MCD to get a ice-cream cone after 7pm and they tell me that crew have already taken down the machine for cleaning it. My question is if you have customers asking for ice-cream by 10pm why would do bring the e machine down so early?
