If I had the option to leave zero stars I certainly would. I placed an order for takeout thinking it'd be quicker. That was my first false assumption. Slowest service on the planet. I arrived and checked in and was advised by neck tattoo white lady that it'd be out in 10 minutes. It was well over 30 minutes when she tells me it's out and being cut. This was apparently a lie because another five minutes later she tells me they've lost my order and it will need remade. It was at this point a began respectfully expressing my displeasure over the poor service. In comes fat white goatee dough spinner employee boy to insert himself into the situation. He took great pleasure in blatantly laughing in my face. Well you fat f**** I'm glad your piss poor service is so f****** funny. Tell me something even funnier Humpy, when was the last year you could actually see you dick? I will never buy another pizza from Papa Johns, especially this location. My recommendation is fire everyone and start over.

I placed an order at the Bexley location on main st. and the driver never knocked on my door to hand me my food. Instead he leaves my food on my dirty dusty table on my porch. If my son hadn’t pulled up and seen it sitting out there it would’ve been out there all night. Remind you, it’s 28 degrees outside. I called the store to make a complaint so they can remake my order, it’s like they new it was me calling so the manager never answered the phone. It wasn’t until I had to act like I was placing an order for them to answer my call. I told The young lady what had happened and she wasn’t helpful at all. She transferred me back to the managers line and the manager never answered the phone. This situation left a really bad taste in my mouth! I never had bad service from this location in the past, if this isn’t resolved or they don’t make it right, this will be my last order from John! One bad apple ? can spoil a bunch!

Please please please just answer your freegin phone. I'd be embarrassed to own this location. Or maybe the owner is the issue: cheap pay, no training or oversight, and short staffed. Don't scream pandemic - small business owners robbed the bank on that scam. Run a proper establishment.

My husband wanted to try the Shaq Pepperoni Pizza. First impression? Looked like greasy school pizza! The puddles of pepperoni oil were so prominent, I had to use a paper towel to absorb the grease before eating. Hardly any cheese considering it was covered in pepperoni slices. Never again, I wish I had called Sunday night when ordered to see if our experience was the norm.

Ordered off the app and was charged twice. I call in to this papa johns and spoke to the female manager. She tells me that she didn't have an order for me. I said ok, we it charged me twice, how do I get my money refunded? She gives me a 1800 number that was for stores only. They wouldn't talk to me. I call back to tell her this and she starts getting rude. Her exact words were "well I can't help you then". I said so I was charged 17.77 twice, I get no pizza or a refund? She said "pretty much, I can't help you". She eventually hangs up on me. I call back and she puts me on hold, pretends to talk to HER boss. She said "he said he can't help you either and to have a nice day." So long story short, they just lost a lifelong customer. Like I told her, look at my account. I've been consistently ordering from papa johns for the last 20 years. These companies don't give a damn about you. Filled full of minimum wage workers and managers that hate their jobs and take it out on the customer. No real repercussions for treating people like this. This is why you shop local. You lost a longtime customer.

Outstanding service and friendly staff. Appreciate the great deals and papa rewards program. The app and online ordering service is top notch as well. I've been really impressed each time I've visited. Of course we enjoy the garlic sauce and the tasty pizza sauce. The new jalapeño poppers and the traditional Parmesan garlic bread sticks are winners. Thank you PJ!

I was delivery for papajohn for pass 6 months been go work every days weekends do every thing in store be sure they never out box one day i delivery to shaker and some how was miss understand twin me and new girl work there been accuse thing i dind do they ask me for proof and i did but i guess Chase whos manager there in polaris tge one who sleep in is car all time while the otgers work hard the one who smoke pot inside the store. Tge one when he get mad trought every thing in floor front custimers and cast very bad the day he decide to play manager and let me go been call liar for $2.00 dollars tips i handle cash every day go to bank handle customers cash all time what tgey do to me was wrong im onest person and care for others i will go chanel 10 tv tell them what they do to me also they find cockroaches in store the manager been informed about they no do any thing

Well where should I start.. delivery 2 hours from the time order was placed or it was 40 mins late from the estimated time or pizza was cold or customer service! When I call the store to complain about cold pizza, guy on the line tells me people wait 3-4 hours for pizza!! He did not apologize even once. Well why should he? It was my mistake that I placed order at this store!
