Marquis took it upon himself to deliver it personally.

This was a delivery order. This is at least second time that the pizzas were delivered at least 20-30 minutes late, and stone cold. I love pizza hut pizza, but this is getting ridiculous!

Food arrived ice cold, because they use DoorDash for their deliveries.
If you're going to use DoorDash for deliveries, to save costs by not hiring regular drivers, then give them hot bags to use.
Also if you're going to utilize DoorDash for delivery drivers to deliver ice cold food, you need to get rid of your ridiculously high delivery fee.

I recently went to pick up a pizza and had a frustrating experience with the staff. After waiting patiently for 30+ minutes due to a mistake with my order, a delivery staff member rudely demanded my name, even though another employee was already assisting me. When my pizza was finally handed over by other guy, she yelled that I needed to pay, even though it was prepaid.

The staff clearly needs better training on how to communicate with customers and handle orders. If something is required, it should be asked politely, not shouted across the room. A genuine apology, not a fake one, would have been appreciated as well.

I will NEVER order from this store again.

TDLR: driver supposedly went out twice and never showed up or called, Manager on duty was rude and did not help (or give her name). I have no pizza and unsure if I will get my money back or not.

Ordered pizza for delivery, and was told 30 minutes. I called 45 minutes later and the manager said the driver forgot part of the order and had to turn around. Another 45 minutes later and the driver never showed up. Manager claimed they knocked but 1. I was within hearing distance of the door the entire time and 2. The driver had my number on the order and never called.

I decided to go pick it up instead, but was told I would recieve no credit (I paid a delivery fee plus tip) so I decided to get a refund instead. Manager sneered and said sarcastically that she was sorry but that can't be done until tomorrow when the store manager comes in. She called back later to sarcastically apologize and claim the refund is now being processed, so either she lied about not being able to do it or lied about putting the refund in.

Staff don’t care about the special instructions, the large pizza we ordered went straight to trash bin.Don’t care about your dietary restrictions - Cross contamination on a high level.Note to the store employee(s) - An offer to refund doesn’t compensate the ruined experience and time.
