This Popeyes is the best one that I have ever been to , all the staff are very nice and professional. They never have an attitude when taking your order speaking to you , the inside is very clean and a pleasure to eat inside. The food is always on point and orders are never messed up. Highly suggest coming to this Popeyes if you are craving it.

Food is just okay, but the prices are beyond insane for what you get! It makes Five Guy’s look like a dollar menu. The chicken was 90% crust, and if it wasn’t for the little containers of sauce it would have no taste whatsoever.

Food was hot, delicious. Shop was clean. They're on a skeleton crew and they're slamming it! Good team work. Wish the Popeyes on south high would come over here to learn!! Hubby got 3 piece meal. That was actually really good. He got good chicken pieces!! Me? Boneless nuggies were right on point, not fatty or bread crumbs over load. Real chicken!!!

The staff was condescending and rude to myself and multiple other customers. When I ordered sweet and spicy wings I was told the sauce was discontinued which is not true. I asked the staff if they meant they were out of it since I know that sauce is not one of the discontinued sauces but they were insistent that it is discontinued. I ended up refunding my order and going somewhere else to eat since the staff was so rude.

My wife, daughter and I have been here a few times, and we’ve had consistently good experiences. It’s for this reason we wanted to post about Brandon. He is usually found working in the expo/counter positions and has been very kind, friendly and helpful each time we’ve had the privilege of encountering him.

As in every restaurant there will be issues a guest has that need to be addressed. In such instances Brandon has gone above and beyond to make these possible negatives into very positive experiences with Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. His attitude and approach to hospitality truly bring to mind the southern hospitality which Popeyes is synonymous with.
