You should do a better job vetting people and or organizations that deliver your product. GrubHub’s incompetence can’t get your product in the hands of the consumers. Can Grub Hub! It’s not that difficult

I love Romeo's pizza!. The sauce is slightly sweet and the toppings are very tasty. Wanted to do an online special but the page wasn't working for me. Called the Old State location and they honored the deal over the phone plus let me double up on my toppings for both pizzas for free! (Pineapple and onion). Would choose this place over many other local pizza places!

We were having a Christmas party on 12/26 and ordered 6 pizzas from here. We typically go to the Westerville one and never have any problems. They were out of chicken so we went to polaris. The staff was rude and messing around in the back. On our order we had 2 buffalo chicken pizzas. One was supposed to be gluten free. (You guys should really mark which ones are gluten free because the small pizzas and gf pizzas look the same). I opened the pizzas to check them and knew the buffalo chickens were wrong. I worked in a pizza place for 3 years. I knew they were barbecue chicken. When I asked the guy he said that they just changed the recipe but those were buffalo chicken… I also verified that one was gluten free and he said yes. when we got home and ate them they were 100% barbecue chicken. The gluten free was also not gluten free and my mom had a bad reaction. Please don’t go here. Make the extra drive to Westerville. We love Romeos but will never go to this location again. Never have had a problem in Westerville

I just paid $46 for ice cold pizza that tastes like it’s been on a warmer for hours. When it says it will be delivered in 60 min it’s a lie! I had to call to see if I was still getting my food for it to be trash. Update had to reheat it in the oven would really like a refund at this point not sure how they can call themselves a credible pizza place.

Stuffed crust was decent, but the bottom layer of pizza was so thin that all of the toppings fell off the pizza. I would not buy this pizza again.

We LOVE the sauce on this pizza! There is no place to eat at the restaurant so we take ours to a park and they provide paper plates with really nice napkins. Their online ordering never seems to work which is why I gave it only four stars.

They left my pizza on the ground without knocking on the door. I was 5 feet away? This is what happens when you have to tip before hand. Enjoy the last money you will ever get from me

This used to be one of my regular pizza places. In general the pizza is very good (great ranch and potato is so unique and delicious, and their Capone sauce is so good). However I've noticed in the last 4-5 years the quality has slowly been going down. That, and the fact that the last 4 times I've ordered here, something has been wrong with the order (missing toppings, forgotten items, etc). It's good pizza, and I recommend it to people when they ask, but it's a bit more expensive than others in the area and it's not quite as reliable as it used to be. So because of that, I rarely order here anymore.

Don't even think of ordering anything from these pizza parlors!!!! We're traveling and staying at a hotel 1.1 miles away from where we ordered our dinner, being told it would be 45 minutes. After an hour and thirty-five minutes, our order was finally delivered to our room. Our first irritating experience was ordering from their online menu. Our first choices were not on the menu anymore! Once I deciphered what was available, we ordered one pizza, one calzone, a salad, and a 20oz. drink. The total was over $40.00.The food wasn't anything special. It wasn't hot. (Thanks to the hotel for having a kitchenette!) The salad was OK. (Hard to screw those up!!!) And my 20oz. Mt. Dew was up to par...(again hard to mess up a bottled soft drink.)In conclusion, I must confess, I ran pizza parlors in California in my youth. So I consider myself a fairly good judge of pizza, calzones, and fresh hot food. (And I happen to have Italian roots!) I also have managed restaurants. If my service and product was of this caliber, I would have never been in business!!! I cannot understand how this company has 1location, let alone fourteen of them. So please, when you may be in the Columbus, Ohio area, avoid Romeo's like the plague. One last thing...My wife's pizza was "complimented" (eye roll!!!) by something called "Capone Sauce." If Al was still alive, he'd shoot the person who made it, for using his name without permission. My RANT is complete! Can't wait to get home.

This place uses moldy dishes to make your pizza. The employees never wash their hands and are always on their phones. This place is disgusting. Attached are photos of what they call clean dishes. I'm a former Manager. The filth has become too much
