I have never left a Google review In my life but my experience today was so bad that I had to change that.
We placed a mobile order about 5 minutes before arrival. We got there and sat 2 cars behind the speaker box for about 12 minutes. We were told to wait a second at the speaker box and it took another 3 minutes before they took the order (it was a mobile order) we waited about 5 more minutes before getting to the window and then I sat at the window staring at my drinks that were already made for about 5 more minutes before anybody even opened the window, but 4 employees were walking by the window. By the time we got our drinks (only 2 small) they were watered down and disgusting.
Never go to this location.

I ordered a venti drink and then went in to pick it up. The drink was half full and then I asked the guy if the drink was mine and he said is your name __ and I said yes. then I said why is it half full and he proceeded to say “what’s your problem.” Then I asked him to fill it up all the way and all he did was put more ice in. I never said anything in a rude or mean tone. I don’t think the coffee was coming out of his paycheck so I don’t know why he was so disrespectful and rude.

You made my drink exactly the way I wanted it, I can tell you really take pride in making drinks... I was visiting some college friends, I'm from Michigan. However, I was having a rough start to my morning and LISA was making my coffees and ask me if I was okay and she hopes my day got better ( really put a smile on my face) such a friendly environment and would highly recommend going to visit this store... THANKS SO MUCH AGAIN FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE 🙏❤️

I have visited multiple locations across this country and usually its service with a smile, but this by far has been the worst experience of any location. The drive thru attendant refused to respond and ignored me saying thank you after receiving my beverage. I tried again, she just refused to be kind. I went into the store and asked to speak with her manager and explained what happened which the manager was extremely apologetic and agreed that was unacceptable and offered me a gift card. I explained that I appreciated the gesture, but I am not looking for free handouts. I am looking for the simple kindness I give to be reciprocated. It cost nothing to be professional and kind, it takes extra energy to not do so.
I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino and its tasted like water with chocolate chips in it. Not sure what its missing but, it's pretty gross.

The staff working today 2/8 around 10am. were amazing! They were super busy while we were there enjoying some mom and daughter time. Shoutout to all the staff only name I saw was Zach he was greeting everyone walking in all while making the drinks and being super professional while dealing with rude customers.
