The staff working today 2/8 around 10am. were amazing! They were super busy while we were there enjoying some mom and daughter time. Shoutout to all the staff only name I saw was Zach he was greeting everyone walking in all while making the drinks and being super professional while dealing with rude customers.

Went here to get a bag of ground coffee at 5:01. There were other customers in the store , but they told me they couldn’t help me because they closed at 5. This store closes early because of staffing issues. I’m a regular customer. They could have served me. Very rude in my opinion. I went next door to Biggby and bought my ground coffee!

My barista suggested a small change to my order, in case I was in the mood for a change… and she was right! Pecan in my pumpkin iced americano from now on! Great service!

One of the workers told me that even though I had asked for an iced drink I would have to pay for another drink if I wanted it iced. I asked if there was any was to switch it because I had not payed yet and she strait up told me no. I work in customer service as well and speaking like that to a paying customer is beyond me. I’ve never experienced anything like this at the Starbucks but safe to say that I in fact did not get my iced drink because I wasn’t going to pay for two drinks. Crazy.

Went through the drive-through early on my way to work. The workers were extremely friendly. They must have already had their shot of espresso. Coffee was hot and made just how I like it.

Every time I come to this Starbucks location I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve gave this location many chances and I’m over it. I always order a trenta pink drink and every time there are 0 strawberries. I have to ask if they are out of strawberries, never informed they are out of them. This is ridiculous considering the drink is $6 and they can’t add the fruit to it. Not only is my drink not how it should be, their service is also terrible. Usually when I go to a Starbucks the service is amazing, however that is not the case at this location. There is a red head that works the drive thru and she is a manager. I was pretty shocked how rude she is considering she is the manager. She practically rolled her eyes because my mom asked for the 50% off discount of a drink. I don’t know what her problem is, but she is extremely rude. From now on, I will be going to a different Starbucks.
