What is happening with this location? It's been closed multiple days a week and only open until late morning/early afternoon on the days it is open. I keep coming over to grab my coffee before work and it's a ghost town. I hope this gets figured out soon!

Open. Airy. Spacious. Clean. Baristas are friendly and responsive. We’ve enjoyed spending time in this store. We’re out of state visitors to the area and we haven’t experienced pleasant service or baristas from Starbucks since before Covid pandemic. But this location gives hope that Starbucks could and can go back to the way they provide service and products to customers — with personal attention and not “it’s just a job” mentality. Bravo to this Starbucks location! Keep it up! 👏👏👏

This was my go-to Starbucks, and most of the time my beverages are made to taste great and are always ready by the time I get to the store. When ordering cold drinks online, I always ask for extra ice and sometimes the baristas will fill the cup with ice and other times it’s just an extra standard scoop. No big deal, I never mind politely requesting the cup to be topped off- but this morning the barista that I asked for extra ice snatched the cup off of the counter, slammed the ice open and when I tried to comment “I really appreciate it, I work at a school and will need this iced coffee layer” she cut me off mid sentence and curtly said “have a good day”. Not the service I would expect after spending $20 on two beverages. I will be taking my service back to the Polaris location, from now on. My advice to management at the Lewis center location: please only put people on your opening shift that are actually kind. No one wants to start their day off feeling disrespected over a simple request.

Now, what type of sorry excuse for a Venti drink is this? This Has to be a joke, I did not take one sip of my drink, so this is what the baristas here feel like a Venti drink looks like. Taste awful too. Hundred percent do not recommend, I’d go inside the Kroger before I’ll do this Starbucks again

Amazing employees! Ethan recommended the Pimkin Spice drinks as i had never tried them and I am so happy he did! He was very knowledgeable om what he thought I'd like and asked questions to know what would suit me best as a first time buyer of the pumpkin spice drinks. Lita was so very sweet as well ans complimented my hair! We had a very good brief conversation while waiting for my transaction to process and my coffee to come and in that short time I felt I've made new friends! Thanks guys and I will be back to this location for sure!!

This is the worst location in the area. Drive thru is very, very slow and the mobile order ready time is always over 15 minutes. Most of the staff is unfriendly and rude. This location became worse since they unionized. High prices, rude employees, and slow service.

I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks. I’m from Kentucky and I’m here for school, and I have never been to a Starbucks that has impressed me as much as this one. The coffee is always perfect, it always comes out fast, and the staff is absolutely incredible and so kind. this place is amazing!

Starbucks is just not what it used to be. Online orders, short staffed and commercial greed has killed what used to be a favorite stop for the family. I hear they are making some changes to get back to what made them huge. Personal touches on the to go cups, less catering to online orders, etc. I'll wait to see if the changes are real (don't worry...i won't hold my breath). I will say the best starbucks on 23.is the one in Delware by the old Kroger. The staff is friendly and drinks are pretty consistent. The rest of them is very hit or miss on staff, drinks and overall cleanliness.
