I enjoy Subway and always have. I've eaten here several times at this location. The current staff is very nice and the restaurant is always clean. This is a nice spot to enjoy some nice subs.

My order was made correctly and didn't take long at all (we got 3+ subs.) The employees were very nice and patient, got my meal quickly even though we took a little long to order. The store was clean and pretty empty (not a bad thing.) Enjoyed my time here and if I ever want Subway I would probably come back to this one.

Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but I saw many vegetarian options that you could choose from.

FOOD POISONING!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!

Just bought a 6inch (light) turkey/provolone sub with vegetables. A chocolate milk and chips. Took 3 bites of my sandwich and my stomach started hurting, one more bite and I immediately starting vomiting. Never had food poisoning before so I thought, okay it’s a heat wave- maybe they didn’t refrigerate the Turkey or something properly, not mad just concerned. Called 3 times all ringing to voicemail (I was just at this store in the middle of the day; ZERO customers other than me) I left a voicemail letting them know what happened. Honestly don’t expect to hear a thing.

They also should not expect to see my face or money ever again.

UPDATE: Called back a FOURTH time to get a very rude worker.
ME: “hi is there a manager I can speak to?”
SUBWAY: “Nope just left. Not here til tomorrow morning. Bye.”
ME: “Oh no problem I’ll speak to you”
SUBWAY: “No manager, goodbye.”
ME: “I’m very upset, I’ll be speaking with you right now, thank you.”
SUBWAY: “*sighs* Okay.”
ME: “I just came in and got a 6” Turkey/cheese and immediately got food poisoning.”
SUBWAY: “Ma’am there’s nothing I can do for you. No manager til tomorrow.”

I just said K and hung up at that point. Unbelievable.

I ordered a BMT "sub" and got the Italian dressing. The sub was soaking wet and that dressing was disgusting. I think it was actually rotten/bad, smelled so bad. I got ahold of corporate and the person that got ahold of me from customer service was very condescending and did not address my issue at all. Real smart mouth. Subway hire people that actually read customer complaints that actually care. I want to speak to someone higher up.
