Absolutely awesome receiving procedure and unloaded more than 24 hours early. Only reason for not giving five stars was one of their drivers had an attitude because apparently I was docked at his favorite dock door and he had to wait. Another carrier had finished just before me and pulled forward to empty space at exit. Slid his tandem, closed his doors and completed paperwork. While limited space, I done my paperwork while at dock (as other driver was still occupying space). Mean while other Superior Beverage drivers were maneuvering to docks on either side of me. Once space was available, I moved out of way to slide tandem and close my doors. The rude Superior Beverage driver apparently had to park at an alternative dock and didn’t like it. He yelled at me while I was closing my doors “thanks for taking your time, could have moved to do your paperwork”. I figured if he was to blind, or stupid to realize there was a truck in my way preventing me from moving, he is certainly to d*** to understand what would have been my response. So I chose to ignore him which I am sure made him furious!! Haha I won…you didn’t get to steal my happiness with your “all about you” attitude!

Awesome place to deliver,hours 0600-1330,rec office door in middle of docks,FCFS,drop paperwork in rec office,slide tandems,break seal and hit any dock between 13-24 unloading begins within minutes they bring bills out to truck when done. No o/n parking but huge docks with plenty of room to maneuver and back. Overall nice facility,nice staff and a very clean bathroom,always a big plus,would be great if all receivers could go this smooth. Great job Superior Beverage

The customer service is horrible. The employee that was working had no knowledge of the law, as they denied legal, non-expired, Pennsylvania ID's because they were vertical!An entire afternoon was wasted by having to re-coordinate the purchase of 2 kegs - to no fault of the customers.I DO NOT recommend using Superior Beverage Group's service if you need to purchase a keg - or for any similar business.

Pretty good experience buying a keg. I called to confirm availability. When I arrived they said they were out of it, but they had a same style beer from a different brewery in stock, so it wasn't a big deal. They loaded the keg into my car for me.
