Always enjoyed Tim Hortons although there are none close to my house so I like to take advantage of going when I find one while traveling. Nice selection of food and beverage at reasonable

I buy donuts for a retail store & it's morning meeting. Every time I am in this location, the staff are always very friendly and super nice. It is always clean and inviting. The food is fresh and they take care when I have a large order to make sure everything is packaged nicely so it gets back to the store safely. The store manager is very personable & takes pride in her store.

So I’ll start by saying the cold brew coffee was pretty decent and service in the drive through was very fast. But the donut situation is unacceptable. I ordered two donuts with my coffee and they stacked them on top of each other and the entire icing stuck to the side of the paper bag. At least put them in wax paper so the icing can be saved. The other donut at least stayed somewhat recognizable and tasted pretty fresh. I Will probably still visit this location again sometime...
