I just had the most rude customer service experience ever in the fast food industry. The gentleman at the order speaker was extremely difficult to understand and just kept yelling things into the speaker. I ordered the food and the screen was incorrect when I questioned him he yelled at me saying something I couldn’t understand. I said my order a second time and he sounded quite irritated and told me to pull around. Same guy at the window tossed my bag out to me, didn’t give me a straw, I waited for it and he was ticked that I was still sitting there, I asked for a straw and he was livid. I will not be back to this Wendy’s! Everyone has a bad day now and again but this gentleman was irate and had multiple opportunities to make the interaction better and chose not to!

Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there. They printed the ticket after i walked walked up to the cash register and waited for 2 people to order their meals.The drive thru has never even been that slow. I don't understand how if I order on the mcdonalds app it goes directly to the kitchen when I order but at wendys whoever is at the front is dictating how long th order takes if they're even paying attention

I came with my boys, ordered food for approx $40. Looks like nothing was fresh. Why the nuggets and fries felt soggy? I know at Wendy you guys don’t reuse oil and quality is always maintained but today I really didn’t enjoyed even kids said they made fresh but doesn’t taste like it was. Please look into it. I have come through the drive through twice in the last three weeks and both times was not greeted or even spoken to at either window. It’s very poor customer service. On top of that, I was missing an item. I did call and the manager agreed to give me the item if I came back in which I wouldn’t expect anything less. It looks like they have had quite a bit of turnover since months past so maybe associates need more training on their communication skills.

I ate at a l New, Albany Wendy’s and all the toppings were fresh and delicious. This store should be ashamed mushy lettuce, horrible onions it was mush and they charge seven dollars for a double burger do not eat at this Wendy’s .
