Wendy's is an all-time favorite. Although prices have increased, I can still order items off the menu at reasonable costs. The food is tasty and service is pleasant. My last visit it was late and they allowed me to eat in the dining room even though they were cleaning up for closing.

Full of unruly trash, very dumb cashiers and bad bad food. First time ever moldy salsa for the taco salad. Thanks great time and a waste of money

For local management: Did you notice how your competitors right next door have a loaded drive thru, and your store you wonder if its even open? This is morning. Your staff here doesn't know their own menu, what is a biggie deal, and the pricing. I've been here 5 times give or take and there is always something wrong, I order something on the menu and they say they don't have it, not that is out of stock, that they don't have it. Also it doesn't help there is a severe language barrier here. Hire someone that can speak English clearly, not 10%. It is impossible to communicate weird issues like this with the inability to speak in detail. I would hang up the gloves when it comes to breakfast Wendy's and just save on the labor and cost. Go back to 10am because you guys obviously aren't doing something right. I'm a former GM from the early 2000s.

Food quality and order accuracy poor. Chicken sandwich was overcooked to a rubbery consistency and bacon cheeseburger ordered without ketchup came smeared with it. Bad experience at this location, will avoid in the future.
Not sure why this particular Wendy's is so frickin EXPENSIVE compared to others but BEWARE! I ordered plain burger patties (diet restrictions ATM) and they want $3/piece!!! I have ordered the same thing in both Newark and Toledo and neither charged more than $2 in the last few weeks. Apparently, the Lewis Center address makes the burger more valuable? ? Anyway, I hope the price gouging hurts their business the way it hurts their customers. I won't be back to this location.
