I have come through the drive through twice in the last three weeks and both times was not greeted or even spoken to at either window. It’s very poor customer service. On top of that, I was missing an item. I did call and the manager agreed to give me the item if I came back in which I wouldn’t expect anything less. It looks like they have had quite a bit of turnover since months past so maybe associates need more training on their communication skills.

Wendy's is an all-time favorite. Although prices have increased, I can still order items off the menu at reasonable costs. The food is tasty and service is pleasant. My last visit it was late and they allowed me to eat in the dining room even though they were cleaning up for closing.

The food was fine but whoever the old white man in the blue shirt was extremely rude, and has been the last few times I’ve been. This is who you want representing your store? Okay……
