Wings are good, ranch and fries are great. Whatever time they say your order will be ready add about 30 minutes- I thought it might just be when they first opened but after months our orders are still consistently never ready.

Of the meal that I ordered, they forgot half of it, and the half they did include, was incorrect. I called twice, and neither time did they pick up. Avoid this location as much as possible, but if you do go to this location, make sure your order is right before you leave (it never is).

June 27th at 10:27 pm, I placed an online order for 40 wings. My 3 sides were fries, fried corn, and the delicious celery. With my wings, I ordered 2 ranches and 2 blue cheeses. I paid $47.69. I ordered at the Lewis Center location in Ohio, and was so beyond disappointed. I don't live close to a Wingstop, and like any popular food place, I was craving it hard when I had the opportunity to eat it.
I used to live on the south end of Columbus, and I have never had a bad Wingstop experience on that side of town. So it was my first time going to this location. My food was supposed to be done at 10:45, and I believe I waited in the store for an extra 10 or 15 minutes. I wasn’t upset by that because I have worked in food for the past 4 years and sometimes the estimated time can be off. But the first thing that really upset me when we got our food wasn’t the fact that I was missing a sauce. It was that my sides we wrong. I got double corn and no celery. It was my first time trying that corn, and I really didn't like how spicy it was for my taste buds. It just sucked that I had so much of the corn when I didn’t like it. I was in the restaurant while they made my food. If they were out of celery, I was standing right there and they could have offered me a different side or let me know at the very least. When I got to where I was staying at in town and opened up my food I was so disappointed. I left pictures, but as you can see, my wings were not tossed in sauce. Rather, the employees somehow thought it was okay to just pour sauce on a section of the wings? They didn’t even try to spread it out or actually toss my wings in the sauce. Half of my wings were dry and the other half were just getting soggy from the mass amount of sauce. Now I understand they come covered in sauce. But when I have DoorDash Wingstop before and the sauce sits on the wings for like 30-40 minutes while my food gets to me, the chicken was never soggy and gross. Because usually the sauce is evenly spread out.
The same night I ordered the food, I left a review on the website under the “contact us” tab. It's now August 19th, and I still haven't gotten a response from anyone. I called the store 9 days after I left the complaint, July 7th. I spoke with a manager and provided her with my information, and I was told I would receive a refund. 11 days later, on July 18th, I called again because I still hadn’t received a refund. There wasn’t a manager available and an employee wrote down my information for a manager to refund my food. That employee was very nice. I then called 16 days later to ask about my refund once again. (August 4th) I'm pretty sure the employee I spoke to the second time answered the phone the third time I called. He was still very polite and nice. I explained everything to him and he wrote down my information so that a manager would call me to talk to me about this whole experience. It's now August 19th. No one had reached out to me. Every time I called, I wasn’t rude or aggressive. I know how much that sucks being on the other end of that line. Being rude and aggressive doesn’t help. But I have been so patient for this refund. I also want to mention that every time I called, they have offered to just remake the food for me. I don’t live close. I ordered the food when I was in town. I just want my money back.

Wings were excellent and couldn't be happier with the food! Had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my order after arriving 5 minutes after the stated pick up time, which prompted the 3 star service rating.

Absolutely horrible. Food was soggy, the cashier made several mistakes when i was placing my order and speaking clearly. My order wasn’t even correct i asked for boneless not classic. I don’t understand why wingstop has gone down over the last couple months but this is pathetic. Please do your self w favor and do not eat here. You will end up waiting for your food for over an hour.

They first gave us the wrong order and the food was really bad and greasy. Fries were too soggy and were not fresh.. wings were not fully cooked.

They don't receive the calls when called aswell … very bad service and food

Customer service we waited 15 minutes to get our vote please with us to get a clue so many times nothing happened. There was no chance to clean ourselves and this snow really bad they can use Measure training on customer service.
