Delicious food and excellent service! Had a seasonal entree, and it was flavorful and the portion was huge. Excellent fast service. The host seated us, and also was our server — he jumped right in when it appeared they were short handed. Hats off to him!
The food was great along with the atmosphere. Our server was amazing and so accommodating to our large party!
We have been to Brio in the past and our experiences were hit or miss, so we took a break from eating there. We decided to try again last night (a very quiet Wednnesday, as it turns out) and were so happy we did. From our server, Evan, through the salad course and then mains, the meal was delicious and memorable. I ordered a wedge salad, which was perfect, not overdressed, and very crispy. My husband had a caesar and was just as happy. I ordered the Chicken Limone with broccolini and garlic mashed potatoes and he had the shrimp and scallop risotto.....both were outstanding. The chicken was thin and delicately prepared with a fresh lemon juice and butter sauce.....amazing. When I couldn't finish my plate, Evan brought over a takeout carton and a second package with their delicious bread for me to enjoy at home. Just a lovely evening all around and, even though a bit pricey, worth it. Glad we gave. Brio another try!
My wife and I have been visiting Brio in liberty for years as our go to dinner night out. Food is always spectacular and usually service is as well. Unfortunately we visited last night and you could tell they were extremely understaffed. Our server took a long time to attend to us after being seated to find out she was also the bartender. There was one hostess who was seating customers, cleaning tables, taking beverage orders for a nearby table as they were complaining about no server as well. It was a very off night for our usual Brio trip to say the least. Luckily food was still enjoyable.
It is a very nice restaurant, christmas day was very busy and I believe there could have been more staff. Food was excellent and atmosphere was good.
Giving them some grace because it was Christmas day that we ate dinner there. Reservation was for 5:00 but on arrival was told it would be a 20min wait. Got seated and waited another 15min before we decided to flag a server down to atleast get something to drink. There were 3 in our party and we all ordered steak at $52 each(which would have been fine if they were good). 2 of the 3 steaks were way over done and completely dried out. Elt like I was chewing on leather. I've been here a few other times and know its a good place to eat but this time it was completely disappointing. Yes, we still gave our server a really good tip with it being Christmas and to no fault of his that the cook must need better training in the steak department.
We had a wonderful time tonight at Brio’s! I had the Chicken and Spinich Fettuccine and it was excellent! Jamie was the server for our party of 5 and she was AWESOME! Very attentive and so personable! She also recommended a couple of our meals and appetizers and everything was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Grossly understaffed! The food was subpar. Not worth the prices though. We had a 6:45 reservation and didn’t get seated until almost 7:30. It took another hour to get our food after ordering.

It was chaotic. Our party of 3 waited over an hour for our food. Porkchops were dry and charred. Eggplant was mushy. I watched a party of 2 leave because they sat for 10 minutes without being greeted. Manager never stopped over. Server brought the check, took my credit card, then came back and said.he forgot to ring in the kids pizza, so your total is actually different. Brought my card back but without any receipts to sign! I continued to wait so i could give him a tip. I left this place in tears. Spent $115 (no alcohol, apps, or dessert and.one person was a.child). I feel like i was robbed. I managed at a different Brio 10 years ago and tonight was the worst experience I ever had and i was a guest!! I wish I never went. I'd still have my money and the fond memories of a once-great restaurant. Merry Christmas.

Wow! What happened??? This place really has gone downhill in terms of food quality and service. Avoid: chicken Marsala!! Served in a brownish mixture of gravy and a touch of Marsala. Cold mash potatoes. Pfui!

Food was excellent, but as the name suggests, heavily Italian. Wide variety on the menu. Not inexpensive. Very large dining room, so not the most intimate atmosphere.
