We had a wonderful server who was then replaced with another server. The new server was awful. She brought out our chicken Caesar salad without chicken. We never got our drinks and were left to sit.
It took too much time to get any of our food. The server was not concerned about it at all.
Was not seated right away despite reservation and plenty of open tables. Server was actually the bartender and was not attentive at all. They served us a salad that looked to be a couple weeks old - lettuce was slimy. Servers told us the milk was expired and couldn't order it for the kids Appetizer took over 30 mins to come. Ordered kids food to come out early, ended up coming with the meal. The entrees took almost an hour and a half to come. Food was hot but taste was subpar. Had to go to the bar to pay check because our server only came to the table like once during the whole meal. Overall, service and food was bad. It wasn't even busy! Will never go back nor recommend.
This was our first time dinning at Brio, I was underwhelmed by the service and the food. I do not think we will return. Parking is a joke.
Spacious and comfortable Italian dining with a robust bar and a plentiful menu of pasta, seafood, steak and salad options. Service was friendly and pleasant. Great choice for families and groups!
As always, dinner was wonderful and service was impeccable. The grilled steak salad and gorgonzola encrusted beef medallions were absolutely delicious! Can't wait to try other menu options, but my husband and I continually go back to these two choices. The salad, in particular, is the most interesting combination of ingredients/flavors/textures. Delizioso!
Hope was fantastic. She took great care of us. The food was great. My wife and I had intended to go to another place we were familiar with, but they were closed. Brio was a last minute decision. Neither of us had been there before. It turns out it was a very good choice. Thanks again for a great night out!

Man! Liz is the most professional waitress around. She has a talent of remembering a table of 12’s order from memory. She always was prompt even in a busy environment. You made our dining fun!!

I recently went to Brio in Liberty Township to have my baby shower in one of their private rooms. The atmosphere was perfect for what I was looking for to be a small, quaint get together with friends and family. The servers (Hanna and Angie) and manager were very kind and made sure we were enjoying our time there. The manager even let us stay later than our given time as he had no one coming into that room. Huge thank you for that! I would highly recommend going to this Brio location to get delicious food and a five star experience. Thank you Brio for your generosity and a wonderful time!
