Got here at 11:05 PM om a thursday night lobby was well lite up doors were locked. I recommended as lobby was closed they should just dim the lights as I wasnt sure if i could enter while picking up a doordash delivery and the woman employee notified me that upper management wants it fully lite up to shpw the locations drive thru is available but doing so confuses people working in the area thats not familier with the locations times.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Try to give everybody the benefit of doubt, visiting three separate times this week all items that I've ordered come out of a fryer and take less than 5 minutes to cook, every single time the food has been cold and well over 30 minutes old. Tried to speak with a manager only for a name never to be given and then she hung the phone up rudely. This establishment is a joke, they need to tear this Burger King down and put a Chick-fil-A.

Gotta give them credit as it was busy looked under staffed, but they did keep talking to everyone and let them know what was happening and very apologetic for taking so long. More places need to do this because being friendly to those waiting is very important and their manager should praise them for a job well done i would go back again and wait in line again just because they staff was awesome and friendly and opon leaving they again thanked us for coming in and apologetic for the wait. To the employees of that Burger King 🤴 keep up the great attitude because that goes a long way, totally 5 stars 🌟 from myself. Thanks Vince I'm checking no wait because you guys were awesome 👏
