Ordered whoppers and some chicken fries some drinks ect. They forgot the chicken fries and crushed the sandwiches. Along with putting them on the wrong too small of a bun. Called and asked for a credit since I was home manager said I see u in a bit for replacement and hung up. Had to drive out there get the whole meal replaced after arguing about it they thought after 30 mins it was acceptable to just give me the chicken fries they forgot. They again gave me the wrong buns in the replacements to which the manager explained they didn’t even have whopper buns and are waiting on the truck. WHY? Are we selling whoppers then? WHY I mean honestly at least tell people ur going to give them a bun with meat sliding off of it because it’s too small. Frustrating waste of time gas, no reimbursement only frustration. Disappointed.

Mobile order made. Food is missing or made incorrectly. Onion rings and fries cold. Called to let them know about missing/incorrect food and the Mgr Alan was rude and not apologetic at all. Going back to pick up the correct order but will stop going there in the future. Erie Hwy seems to get the orders correct just about everytime.

Went here yesterday and tried to use a offer code they had on the app and the guy told us "it wasn't working" but on our end it said it worked. He was just rude. Also the fries didn't even have salt on them. Never coming to this location again.
