Just always seems like employees are confused on how to work the register.

Food was not that great. Service was terrible. Had to ask for my side of fries 3 separate times. As well as ask for my lemonade. The menu still has oreos and cone with the kids meal on it but they don't offer it anymore.
Also asked the cashier if they had high chairs for my 19 month old and was told they did not. Then watched a family put their child in a high chair. I'm usually not one to complain but this was overall a terrible experience.

We have came here before & have had great food. This time not the same experience. I ordered a chicken teriyaki. The chicken tasted & smelled weird. So gross. One bite & I was done. Took it up to counter, she did refund me, but was not kind. Definitely will not come back to this location.

They only got 3 stars on service because the guy that sometimes work the front he is a doll! I never have an issue with him! But the women that work there ARE TERRIBLE AND RUDE!!!! They make me never want to come back but considering it is very limited in the mall on what to eat ? I go back because of the guy! I literally check to see if he is working and if he isn’t I normally don’t go! But today I am starving and the women were VERY rude and disrespectful to my employees that were very kind enough to run and get me food! I would definitely like to talk to the owner and when I get the chance! I will!Again! The guy! We love him dearly!

Charlie's is one of my favorite places to grab a cheesesteak. I was a little disappointed this time but the food was still ok.

Best phillys around! Come see us at the Cincinnati premium outlets or liberty center mall.

Not quite as good as Penn Station, but you get a bit more here too. For the same price as a medium cheese steak with small fry and drink at Penn Station I was able to get a medium cheese steak with loaded fries and a large drink at Charley's. The steak and other ingredient quality wasn't quite as good at Charley's but it was good still. I wouldn't say they're "#1" Maybe #3 out of 5.

Cold soggy cheese fries for $4.19 and a $16 giant sandwich. Very disappointed. Ordered LaRosas.

The chicken strips are the best! Fries were well done and the small steak was amazing best friendly customer service !
