The food is delicious, im particularly picky about crab rangoon but theirs is probably one of the best I've had in a while. I live close by so they definitely will be my go to chinese place now!

The man forgot to give me my fried rice. I called to let him know and he told me he will not do anything about it and told me that I like to complain and he will not do anything about it and hung up on me. I tried to call back 10 times and they refuse to answer my call. I give this place a -10 for customer service and I would never go here again. I do not recommend anyone to give this place a single dollar of your hard earned money.
This place deserves to go out of business....ASAP

Out of towner trying chinese food in the area. Really good charsiu (boneless spare ribs) it's moist & taste fresh. Only thing that could make it better is if it was cut a bit thicker. Fried rice also is on point. This takes me back how I used to remember chinese food 20 years ago. Eggroll is standard. The small hot oil is too much, perhaps like a smaller container for sauces will be sufficient. Over all will be back.

I have been coming to China House for years. I was very happy with the food in the past. My last few experiences were not as good. Today was the last straw. When I got home and inspected my food, there was black pieces all over my General Tao’s chicken. It is obvious they don’t regularly clean the fryers and I had received old burnt food in my chicken. When I called to complain, I was put on hold for a manager who never answered.

If I could give a 0 I would. The food was $40 for two meals. The food had a terrible burnt after taste, like the food was fried in bad oil. When I went back to the location to bring it to their attention the lady was extremely confidential raising her voice at me. I brought the food back and wanted a refund.I couldn’t eat more than two bites. I will never go back. Terrible Chinese food!
