Chipotle Mexican Grill

Extremely slow considering how many people are working. You scoop food into a bowl it should be fairly quick. Whoever manages this location needs to be restrained on how to be efficient. That many employees standing around is irresponsible and just a bad look.

This was supposed to be a 60 G protein meal. The meat portion was minimal and you can see what I got compared to the picture on the menu. We picked it up at the moment it was put on the shelf and it was cold already. It's not anything to do with the local store as Chipotle has reduced its portion size nationally but it's getting pretty ridiculous what they charge for how little food you actually get anymore. They're getting away from what used to make chipotle great.

Simple burrito, one scoop of white rice, double chicken, cheese, pico and guac. Did not serve proper portions and could not roll a small burrito. Picture below is how I opened it… Really disappointed to eat it as a bowl versus a burrito. Employees seemed defeated and exhausted, felt bad for them.

Just when I thought Chipotle was washed… they deliver the best food I’ve had since my first visit in roughly 2009. 💥

Chipotle is really stepping it up by offering vegan food. 😋 I have been a fan for a while now. I feel pretty good knowing they train the staff to not allow cross-contamination of food in the kitchen. At least, that is what I understand. Go eat, and enjoy.

This was my 1st time going to this location & was hands down the best food I've gotten from Chipotle. Wish I lived in the area so I could make it a regular stop.

The young lady with the Pink hair, did absolutely amazing. She was polite, respectful, and attentive to what i was ordering.

But, when it came to paying, and before I had officially ordered, the young black lady definitely has an attitude issue that needs to be adjusted. I had accidentally scanned my drink once to many times because I couldn’t hear the beep when I scanned it, and she made a disrespectful remark like, ‘Damn, you already scanned it once.’

Disrespectful to customers and fellow employees.

The young man today working the line did an excellent job. He was nice and very fast. I am glad I had a good experience today.

Unlike during the week. There is a blonde Hispanic lady that always has an unfriendly demeanor. And seems to be upset because there are customers.

They have such a wonderful staff, everyone knows what the customer is asking for. Please give them a chance to help you with your dinner!

Hit or miss on the serving size you actually get each time.

The manager and staff working tonight were all super nice and professional! I wish every chipotle was just like this one.

Love it! Went in for hard tacos but they had none 😢. Gave me wrong rice too but Chipotle is always good to me, just real expensive now.

Liberty township Chipotle is great. Clean and fast.
Edit...2025 update, not sure what is up with this place now. Portions are small, bowls are a mess and they are slow.

Every time I go they are out of steak! Everything else is fresh and delicious though!
