Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just spent almost 30 dollars, I ordered a bowl online, it had 5 pieces of chicken, no queso, no fajitas, no chips, no side of large queso, the worst purchase I have ever made in my life.

I've eaten at Chipotle for 15 years or so. This chipotle is #1 for the least amount of food ever received. I actually stop going to all chipotles because of it.

Ordered a Brisket Burrito on the app. My daughter picked it up and brought it home. There wasn't any Brisket on the burrito. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE, THEY WILL SCREW IT UP.

Bad and arrogant staff after 7-30 no fajitas if I ask manager,behavior was rude not customer friendly..overall bad sad experience at this location..they don’t care about customer satisfaction

One of rear places of healthy food among fast food restaurants. Atmosphere is not so sophisticated around 10pm but it is understandable.

I work in marketing and hate giving negative reviews but there a few key things that this Chipotle in particular does that are very UNCOMMON. They always always only have one person working the line at a time. The other employees are either eating while some work or are doing minor tasks while the line is through the door. There’s seems to be no care for customer service. If you mention to them “you gave me one scoop and said that was double” they seem to take it personally when the reality is each portion is roughly 3 oz. If you give me 4 oz of a portion and tell me it’s double that’s not correct. If I am paying for any service I want it to be fully followed through. I’m unsure why but again none of the serving staff seem to care about you the customer. Lastly and most importantly is they are always out of some food: fajitas, lettuce, etc. and there seems to be no demand to prepare the stock as if people won’t ask for it. Again I don’t like negative reviews but I have consistently gone to this chipotle almost once a week for a year and the customer service has gradually declined more and more. If you have time and are not in a rush I would highly recommend choosing another location outside of this one.

Don’t ever go to this Chipotle restaurant at 10:20 pm or after because they didn’t have cheese or sour cream or lettuce and tried to use queso as cheese yuk I only wanted a little l!! Never never will I go to this chipotle manager on duty was a complete joke

Bowl had No flavor, chips were horrible. The chips were so bad I got sick after eating them. No one should be eating them. Didn’t even want to finish my meal it was so bad. Fast food is feeding us garbage these days.
Employees had an attitude and were rude.
The service is overpriced for horrible customer service and horrible food.

Sunday was the last time I go to this location and the end result I will no longer be going to Chipotle. At this location, The worker behind the line was rude. I saw they were out of fajita veggies and I asked if more was being made because I was willing to wait and she rudely said "no we're out." The steak had hard pieces of fat and the food didn't taste fresh. My husband got a chicken 3 pointer so it shouldnt cost much for that but in the end for just 2 people it was $21 and change! We didn't get extra meat or anything else that cost extra. Just a bowl and the 3 pointer burrito... I'm sorry but the quality and smaller portion sizes you get, this is at all locations I've noticed, the price isn't worth it anymore!
