We were seated near the bar area and it was very difficult to hear. Waited a long time for food and it felt like it had been sitting for a while.
Every time my wife and I go to Cozy's we have a great experience. Very consistent, great environment and menu offering of food and cocktails. Thanks Cozy's
Service was excellent and all enjoyed their meals and a nice cocktail. Couldn't have been happier.
Ate at cozy‘s a couple weeks ago had the ribeye special.... It was not very good and service was not very good. We decided to give it another try tonight. Everything was excellent tonight.
Our server was attentive but not all over us, and she kept the drinks filled. The food was absolutely delicious. It's always great to go in there, and enjoy the ambiance. The decorations and lighting, down to the tables are just perfect.
Cozys never disappoints. Our server Suala did a get job. Shrimp and grits were amazing. Enjoyed our brunch cocktails as well..
Went in for birthday. Requested a table in a specific area and the accommodated. Had a great server who visited us just enough to ensure we had what we needed. Enjoyed the live music and a nice, relaxing meal.
Great service and food. This is a family favorite to celebrate holidays. Cozy's carrot cake is the standard of which all carrot cakes are measured for us. It's hands down the best!
Cozy's was a great place to celebrate 2 Birthdays. Everybody's food was great. They were very busy and the noise level was horrible. It was so noisy we couldn't hear each other.
You read all the great reviews and suggestions that you need reservations. We went for the first time this past Saturday and even made reservations and the place was basically empty. We ordered brunch and the food came out cold and no flavor. I had the florentine Benedict with the potato hash. I daughter ordered the cheesy grits not at all cheesy and rather lumpy. We did order the gigantic pop tart under the starter which the waitress mentioned that it takes twenty minutes (they should have that noted on the menu) it was the only thing that came out piping hot and under backed in some areas. Not sure how they have such good reviews. Maybe just an off day.

This is such a cute cozy place! 4 of us had brunch on Sunday and were extremely disappointed in the food. Bland and boring. Not worth the price at all.

Before posting I read replies from the owner on previous reviews and am appalled but expecting to be treated similarly. Reading the replies also deterred me from calling since it doesn’t seem anything was accomplished by others that have done so in the past. I’ve been someone that has defended cozy’s for years when people complain about the quality of food and the poor service. Until today. I ordered a cake over a week ago and paid $70 at the time of ordering. I go to pick up the cake today and they couldn’t find it. I waited over 10 minutes to be handed a dirty beat up cake box and asked if I’d paid for it yet. I come home and open the scotch taped ripped box to a cake that has icing scraped off on one whole side. Hoping that it at least tastes good for a birthday party. Super disappointed and sadly it will be the last $70+ they’ll ever see from me or any of my friends.
Relaxed atmosphere and great service.
