Fantastic evening out! Beautiful night outside on the patio. Food was fantastic and the service is always spot on.

We had a beautiful day for brunch on the patio. Our server was so kind and helpful. ThShrimp and grits was creamy with just the right amount of spice. The seasonal French Toast with mango and pecan was sweet without being too sweet! I didn't even need the syrup! The loaded breakfast tots were fried perfectly and all of the toppings blended well without making the tots soggy. I highly recommend Cozy's Cafe and Pub for brunch. I also recommend making a reservation as it was busy!

Great food and outstanding service! Sat on the patio and listened to the band. Perfect evening!

Overall experience was ok. The service was so, so as we felt like we were being rushed. Food was decent, nothing really jumped out to the party.

A friend and I went to Cozy‘s last evening to celebrate her birthday. It was the proudest I've ever seen at the restaurant and was very loud. We waited at the bar to order a drink while waiting for our table, even though we had a reservation and never was served a cocktail. Got our table ordered our food and both of us were less than excited about our meals. I got fried chicken and it was dry. My friend got short ribs and they were fatty. The biscuits were delicious.

Maybe I'm just a wuss, but the metal chairs in the seating area near the bar are TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Perhaps pregnancy wasn't helping my situation either. Anyway, the food was good, service was okay. Our waitress was also bartending so it took her awhile to bring us checks, cash us out, etc. The place was surprisingly very busy on a Tuesday night after about 6 pm

Love, Love, Love this place. We come back every year when we're in town. Food is amazing, atmosphere is great (we have only dined outside), services is friendly. This is a MUST for anyone looking for a fabulous dining experience!

Service was a little spotty. App didn't come out. Took a long time to get drinks and refills. Food wasn't as good as when I've been there in the past, either. I got the fried chicken, and it was a little cold, and the succotash was soggy. Great biscuits, great beer, good singer, though.

Sophie was a fantastic server. Food was great. Inside seemed very loud but outside setting was great.

Our server was great! Unfortunately, we don't recall her name. (It was different) Although we have always enjoyed the food each time we have come, tonight it seemed off! Flavors were all good but serving sizes seemed off. Some meals had more than enough food and others seemed quite small! It will not keep us from coming back!

Loved Cozy Cafe! It was my first time there and will definitely be back as it's a perfect meeting point being out of town. Food and service was great and loved the atmosphere.

When seated, we were given high tops, which I asked to be switched, then was told it would be an hour for us to get unless we sat outside. I am certain I requested standard seating on our reservation, but was not certain. The outside temperature was in the upper 90's. My husband and I both have knee issues but decided to go ahead and sit at the high top. Very uncomfortable, and even though a couple of tables opened up behind us prior to getting food, we were not offered those. We could have asked, but I was already irritated and didn't feel like I should have to. Our order took longer than expected. We were told 30 minutes as my husband ordered a pork chop. This shouldn't take that long, but it took well over 45. We were brought biscuits, but not offered more even with the long wait. Again, I could have asked, but this is normal good service to have it offered. Food was okay, but nothing to write home about. This is not our first time eating here, but at the cost value, we will not return. I will say that our waitress at least kept our drinks filled.

Took a friend to celebrate her birthday. We were seated in a bright room with lots of windows. Very inviting. The lunch menu had nice selections. I had a quinoa bowl that was so delicious. Not a lot of gluten free options but they do offer a gluten free bun if you go the sandwich route. I am used to that. Service was attentive but not overly so. I love that it was farm to table too. Great experience!

Disappointed by the Decline, Hoping for a Comeback We first visited Cozy Cafe in Mason nearly two years ago, and at the time, we were genuinely impressed. The fried chicken was a standout, crispy, flavorful breading with juicy, well-seasoned meat, and the biscuits? Easily some of the best in the city. That experience kept the place on our radar, and since it's close to home, we decided to give it another try last night. To be fair, this wasn't just a one-time return. We've been to Cozy Cafe several times over the past two years, including quite a few brunch visits. Over time, we noticed a shift in how the food was being executed. The decline was especially noticeable during dinner service, and that's ultimately why we had stopped going for a while. Still, we were hopeful that things might have bounced back, which led to last night's visit. We started with the veggie frites, which were beautifully breaded and paired with two excellent sauces. They could've used a touch more seasoning, and I wish they had salted the eggplant beforehand to cut the wateriness, but overall, a solid appetizer. I'd give it a 7/10. My boyfriend ordered the crab cake entrée, and visually, it was stunning. But the moment he cut into it, things went downhill. There was barely any crab, mostly filler, and what was there had a fishy smell more reminiscent of tuna than crab. It simply wasn't the quality we remembered. Honestly, the frozen “Private Selection” crab cakes from Kroger are better seasoned and have more crab than what we were served here. The fries on the side, though likely frozen, were delicious, crispy, hot, and well-executed. 1/10. I decided to go back to my original favorite the fried chicken. Big mistake. It was a completely different experience from our first visit. The chicken arrived suspiciously fast, and it showed, it was lukewarm, the breading was soggy, and it tasted like it had been sitting in a steamer or warmer for hours. It had none of the fresh, crisp texture tha

Food, service and atmosphere were great. The club sandwich was excellent and big enough to share.
