I tried to order a to go order and the hostess who originally was told me there was a new menu. (Not a problem totally understand but they should update their website.) Then I try to come up with what I want (without a menu) and she puts me on hold for 10 minutes and tells me “manager” will assist with my order. Then after the 10 minutes it’s not the manager and I hear the hostess talking about me while this guy is just rushing me to go off the phone and order. Keep in mind the menu I’m looking at is not accurate. I get frustrated because they do not have more than half of what I was wanting on the menu. I was very put off about not wanting to just help me…

I’ve held off writing a review for this place because, well, everyone already knows it’s awesome. Plus, I didn’t want to wait even longer for a table. But my latest visit was so exceptional, it’s worth sharing.Picture this: a typical Saturday morning. Our server, Jordan, was already making our visit feel special when suddenly, a “kitchen personnel” walked by with a bowl that smelled heavenly. When I saw him again, I had to ask about it.Turns out, this "kitchen personnel" was actually Manny, the chef, carrying a bowl of their famous Potato Hash. He graciously explained what it was, and we complimented him on our meal before returning to our duties—mine being to devour the delicious CrabCake Benedict. But wait, there’s more! Manny returned with a sample of the Potato Hash for us to try. And let me tell you, the only thing better than the smell was the taste. Thanks to Manny and Jordan, our Saturday morning turned into a day we’ll remember fondly.

I really enjoy going to this restaurant for one reason: their mixed drink called “Smoking Jacket” is amazing, and I don’t find it anywhere else. Everything is great about the restaurant, but the food is expensive, and there are very few inexpensive options. Their regular burger and their turkey burger are delicious but at $16 and $18 each, they are the cheapest thing on the menu. From there, prices go up. So, worth a trip once in a while, but it’s not on my “regular” list.

Ridiculously expensive for average food. We had the bolognese & filet both were fine, wouldn't recommend or order again. Lobster risotto was disgusting in taste & texture. Spinach was very garlicky which overwhelmed the pallet but the filet was over cooked so it didn't really matter. We ordered cheese grits because the risotto was so bad but they weren't much better. One bourbon and one dessert additionally and the bill was $125 before the tip. Definitely not worth the money for dinner, would be fine for drinks at the bar with a couple of appetizers. In the area for $150 for 2 go to Jags or SOB. Good service is the only reason this is not a one-star review.

We really enjoy cozy's. The food is great and the wait staff is really wonderful. It is a cozy place but certain nights and parts can be a bit too loud for me sometimes.

We had reservations for my husbands birthday for brunch. Parking is one of those Olympic events where you have to continue circling waiting for a spot. I entered while my husband, daughter and son in law were still making their way in. The hostess was pleasant but not friendly saying I had to wait until everyone was there to be seated (understandable). I ordered a pear mimosa and my daughter had apple. Neither were enjoyable. My husband's Bloody Mary was just “ok”. 3 of us had the crunchy French toast with pear sauce. Thankfully we all had the sauce on the side. The 2 slices of French toast were served cut diagonally into 4 pieces. I poured the pear sauce on one piece. I thought I was going mad as the sauce tasted like rotting fish. It was horrible. Something was definitely wrong with the pear sauce. I had my husband try his as well and his tasted the same. My son in law also agreed. Ok so I ruined one of the pieces I still had 3 left. We asked for regular syrup which was brought to the table and I poured that on another piece...... it was spicy. It was the syrup that would be used on chicken and waffles. I was down to 2 pieces. We waited for what seemed like forever for our waitress to return to ask for syrup (again) and by now my French toast was completely cold. We apparently weren't the only table as several other guests were sending theirs back as well. I ended up eating 1 1/2 cold pieces because I was still hungry. All in all it was extremely disappointing. This was our second visit. We won't be back. And we're not hugely picky people. There just wasn't one extenuating circumstance to make us think we would enjoy anything on a third trip.

The ambiance and food were great. We had calamari, filet, and short rib. Everything we ate was great and we would get again. Portion sizes were large. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful place for great food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience. They were able to accommodate our large group for lunch and were very friendly and patient with our boys' soccer team. Even better, the food was excellent! The dishes were familiar but unique with artisanal touches on the sandwiches. We would absolutely recommend and go back!
