Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went here for a pick up order and in addition to having to wait a long time, I was shorted an item I paid for. I didn’t notice until I got home so I sent to a note to the corporate website who replied that someone from the local store would be in touch. That was a month ago and no outreach. Disappointed in their fraud treatment of customers.

Seriously, how hard is it to follow mobile order instructions. I ordered the triple bacon ranch combo and I added in the app tomato onion pickles and I did not get that on my sandwich, as you can tell in the photo. What is the point of having a dairy Queen rewards account when you're just completely ignored.

Not only that, but I have to ask for marinara every time I order cheese curds, this should be straightforward. If your guest pays for cheese curds they get a marinara minimum.

This dairy Queen leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to dairy Queen customer service and quality. Very disappointed customer here

Pulled through the drive thru at the DQ in Liberty Township yesterday (05/02/25). Ordered a medium twist cone; my usual DQ order, and in my opinion, a rather difficult one to mess up. Was served a cone that was melting, lumpy, and containing less ice cream than I've come to expect from DQ. If you're going to raise your prices by 30%, and expect people to keep returning, you've got to do better. Wasn't my first bad experience at the Liberty Township facility, so I won't be returning.

You know I wasn’t a huge Dairy Queen fan. It was my daughter birthday today and we decided to go get ice cream and we had just the best experience there but the real reason why is faith she is a super sweet employee there and gave us the best customer service. So my family and I will be back just for faith!

Food is fine, service is fine. Drinks are total rip off. You get a giant cup of ice and a few sips for over $3. That just tells me they cut corners. What's next?

Hours are listed at 10:30pm for the drive through but they said they were closed by 10:10. Wasted time driving there. Update the hours.
