We went at 7:15 pm planning to go inside and get some ice cream. When we go to the door they were locked and an employee said the manager told them to lock the doors and tell people to go through the drive thru . Keep in mind this is almost two hours before they close and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building.

There is a tradition at Lakota Plains the closing night of their musical the cast goes to Dairy Queen so tonight they all showed up and all I can saw is your staff crushed it, they did an AWESOME job, with the crowd that came in. Wanted to especially call out the young man expediting orders, he was so polite and did not get frustrated at all with all the kids.

There are usually 5 or 6 workers at this DQ. Most of them appear to be standing around with their thumbs up someplace where the sun doesn't shine. My drive thru order is hardly ever correct. Apparently it requires more than 5 or 6 workers to get an order right at this DQ.The girl at the drive through window handed me my order and muttered something sounding much like a grunt. Not sure if that was intended to be a thank you.

Worst birthday cake taste ever, was looking forward for my blizzard on my birthday (8th) sprinkles and dough is not what others are making...ask kit kat!!,in fact make it with kit Kat birthday cake bars n you got it!

My family stopped in for dinner. The cashier who took our order brought my husband's and daughters food outside to us. She didn't bring any drinks. She said she would be back with my food. She totally forgot about my food. My family ate without me. So I went inside to get my food and asked about our drinks. She was slammed at the front counter and no one was willing to help her. I could see employees around the drive thru just standing around talking and not helping her while she worked her butt off. I was not pleased with the restaurant leadership at all. Her customer service was good. Place was clean.
