I recently attempted to visit this Dairy Queen location. I was parking in their lot to get a Blizzard after stopping by Liberty Collective. Before I could even get out of my car, an employee approached me and told me I couldn't park there for Liberty Collective. I was disappointed and offended by the immediate assumption that I wasn't there to be a customer. I ended up leaving and went to the Dairy Queen on Route 4

Ordered a blizzard in the drive thru. They made the wrong one and insisted I ordered it wrong (they barely spoke any English). Had to argue with the owner/manager to make what I ordered before I gave him my CC. Blizzard was great. Customer service was terrible. This is Liberty Twp, OH USA, not some other area where terrible CS is customary.

Ordered a banana split at the drive thru. When I got home, it was missing the bananas. This place is full of teenagers that care more about flirting with each other than waiting on the customer. Check your order before you leave this location. The service is terrible!

repeated my order like 4 times and she rang it up COMPLETELY WRONG and gave me the wrong thing 😠i used to work at a dq and trust the order is NOT HARD at ALL. like i don’t wanna seem rude but i literally repeated it 4 times and she rang up what i told her to NOT ring up. its not that hard but if you were confused you could have clarified with me instead of just making me what i asked u to please not make and call it a day 💀

this place is TERRIBLE!!!!!! meat was chewy and blizzard was melted and smelt kind of funky. The drive through girl was really nice though give Abigail a raise!!!!

Workers don’t care about their job super slow, you’ll probably wait 10 minutes just to order your food. Wait another 20 for it be prepared and somehow it’s still cold? Literally the worst fast food location ever
Have visited here a number of times, and never had great service. They clearly care more about their own pocket rather than the customer. This last time in the drive-through, I made a comment because the blizzard wasn’t flipped and just with my kids because it wasn’t. They became very defensive and actually accusing me of lying, and asking if I want to see the cameras. I said “it’s just a blizzard, it says right there you get a free one they then made a half filled blizzard of the same type we had ordered and tried to give it to me. I said why don’t we just get the keep on for the next visit, and they proceeded to argue more. It really isn’t worth much since it’s just ice cream, but just a lack of consideration for the customer is infuriating. They clearly only care about the bottom dollar, and not Making the customer happy. Will not return ever. Even called the store manager, highly doubt I will hear back though.

Went at approximately 5:45 on a Friday evening. Waited for about 10 minutes at the counter and no one would wait on us. I finally asked if anyone working the counter. There were four people working and they were all working at the drive-through. The young man told me they were too busy at the drive-through to service the counter. I said all I want is an ice cream Sunday. I left, but I told him if they weren’t going to service the counter, they should lock the front door. Very poor service. When I finally went around the building, there was one car left in the drive-through. Needless to say, I wasn’t gonna get in the line for the drive-through. We went up the street to UDF.

This place should be a 3.4 rating and not a 3.2 the people there look more lost then I do trying ro order the food they got new people that don't know wut there doing. There's a guy in the back cooking and can't even read what's on the receipt like I want a cheese burger with ONLY KETCHUP and they give me a burger with mustard and pickles like the dude taking the order I repeated myself and said ONLY KETCHUP nope he can't hear like yall need to get it together dang I be struggling wut yall be saying to like bruh. The owner needs to be watching over everyone cause as u can tell they ain't swing it right.

Best fast food burgers at this location specifically that I have had in many years. Other DQs usually don't measure up. Everything I've gotten here has been above average. That's mighty rare to be able to say.
