Me and my friend experience at this dunkin donuts was absolutely terrible. The lady who took our order was rude and had an attitude with what we wanted to order. my friend wanted to order an croissant but they were out, so when she asked what else they had the lady had an attitude with her. she got a english muffin instead and it tasted dry and not cooked all the way, and her drink was supposed to taste like raspberry watermelon refresher but it tasted like straight up lemonade . i had only ordered a water and they forgot about it, so when we reminded them, they rolled their eyes as if it wasn’t what we ordered. When they brought the water out it was filled up half way and the ice was all melted as if it were sitting for a long time. how this dunkin is still opened with all these reviews idk, do better.

Updating my review to say that this is still the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. I wish it wasn’t the one closest to my house. The manager of this location is not good at his job. He literally messes up my order over 50% of the time. How he got to a management position I will never know. Horrible. Also the sourdough breakfast sandwich is literally flavorless, would not recommend unless you’re gonna go home and add salt and pepper to it before you eat it.

Service was terrible, very rude in the drive through and didn’t say anything or make eye contact when handing me my order. Went through the drive through at 5:30 am and the munchkins were tough, and the assortment was wrong. Go to the one on Cincinnati Dayton, they treat you like a person.
4969 Dunkin on Princeton Rd is the worse location I have ever been too. The African manager has no consumer service. They have a $6 meal, the sandwich has bacon. I asked for the bacon to be taken off as i do not eat meat. He argued back and forth with me that he could not simply remove the bacon. Mind you a sandwich with meat cost more than a sandwich with egg and cheese!! Starbucks would never. Please coach the people you have in management because he is a poor representation

The food is good but the service is terrible. I gave them 1 star because you can’t go any lower. I placed two orders for the 6 dollar breakfast special and the kid on the cash register screwed it up. I requested a manager after he told me that I ordered wrong and he was right and that I should do better when I place an order. This is a job that requires little intelligence. This kid had no clue what was going on.

I I went through the drive-through and did not receive everything that I had ordered on my list or I need it. I was going straight to church and on my on my way to church. This is what happened. I ordered a caramel coffee and received nothing that taste like caramel I ordered two sweeten lows didn’t receive that in my bag, the plain bagel was horrible. It was horrible so I’ll never go back there. That’s why I’m giving them one star and I am also also I called to inform them of this and a recording came on which was so very unprofessional and also I will be calling Dunkin’ Donuts regarding that so young lady at the drive-through said whatever’s on the receipt is what they have on there. Everything’s on the receipt. It shows everything I couldn’t go back because again I’m an elder in the church and I was on my way to church so I think that it was rather crazy. Thank you so much and have a good day.
