The food tasted great but we wanted to order a dozen assorted donuts like usual and we went to tell them the ones we wanted like we always do and the man working said that because they were “running low” he got to pick our donuts, we ended up having to buy additional donuts because he refused to pick the ones we wanted we had to buy separate ones of what we wanted defeating the purpose of him needing to select due to low supply. They did not appear to be running low as there...

The young lady that made my drinks was great after I ordered ahead and waited about 13 minutes after I arrived. Figured it would be ready before I got there. She told me they said to her I was still outside so they forgot about me waiting on my drinks (3) and one was missing the ingredients that we chose. There's 2 around me and this one is my only choice because the other is terrible off of route 4 that's connected to shell.

EDIT- Since opening this location has quickly lost its appeal. The training staff was awesome- but there is a noticeable drop off now. Longer wait, facility not maintained as good. Losing lustre.Wonderful brand new store. Opening day today! Friendly staff that were seemingly excited to work in the new location. Quick two lane Drive Thru service. A little tricky to navigate parking lot and in/out transit.
