Ladies working were super friendly, quick and efficient. However, I usually eat at Playa Bowl, and compared to Playa, Frutta Bowls doesn’t compare. Their açaí was tasteless and had ice chips in it, and the inside of the store was not clean at all.

I came with my family to celebrate my mother’s birthday on October 17th at 7:32 pm, hoping to get a dessert after dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Even though they close at 8 pm, the two employees were already closing up. Neither greeted us when we entered. One was counting the drawer, and the other was cleaning, both looking visibly annoyed that we came in, despite the “Open” sign being lit. I even had to ask if they were still open because of the way they were acting. The employee counting the drawer told us it would take 20 minutes to count their drawer before they could take our order. This was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming, especially since we were excited to celebrate my mother’s birthday. This was also our first time at Frutta Bowls and will be our last time. I would not recommend this location due to the poor service and rude behavior.
