The burrito I ordered arrived as an extremely poor attempt at a burrito bowl next to the expected quality of my wife's bowl. What happened Hot Head? Topping off the experience was calling the store after receiving the order to have the store blame the delivery driver for their poor execution.

My wife ate there last night and now she has food poisoning. She's been sick all night and now here it is at 3:30 am and she's vomiting. Terrible food and service. You guys need to clean your restaurant better.

They’ve been letting me down over the years. Not enough staff as there are times they’re closing early or days they are not open at all especially on Sundays, long waits, the quality of the food has gone down over the years and the prices have gone up. It’s over priced and unhealthy. I go to chipotle now like everyone else.

It was ok food with a 'meh' experience. They were out of many items, not because of stock but due to lack of care to prepare more. The restaurant wasn't busy, but had a moderate flow of customers here & there. Before we left they finally went to prepare more food. Different meats they had looked old and dry so we chose what looked to be the most recently made as our selection. The food wasn't bad. Good flavors. My first time here… they were out of white rice, black beans, queso, pineapple. Why not just make more? Everything was filthy. Tables were so disgusting. Should have just left. Will never go back in there.

They do an amazing job of filling your bowl up upon ordering online or through DoorDash! My only qualm is when ordering in store the employees are rarely every helpful or friendly. I recommend just ordering online from them. Great food and definitely try the sweet or mango habanero sauce!
Similar to Chipotle and Q'Doba, but a little more expensive. The queso was amazing! They were out of a few items and the pop machine was either out of syrup or carbonation for about 5 different flavors. Friendly service, but the poor worker was there by herself. At a busy lunch rush, customers would be waiting a while for food. She was very efficient, just needed more help.

This place is so much better than Chipotle. The sauces you can add at the end of the build are fantastic (I like to add cilantro, lime juice, and Cholula). My biggest gripe about this location is that the soda fountain and tea gave run out the last couple times I've been and haven't been restocked. The dining decor is a bit plain, but I'm not there to look at walls.
