Second time this has happened. Ordered an 8 corner pizza and it was way over cooked… edges were way too crispy and dry only the center slices had a decent amount of cheese and sauce. We picked most of the bread off… a waste of money!

For a last minute later night pizza order, I was very happy with the pleasant staff and excellent quality pizza and salad. This location is my favorite Jets location in the TriState area and will come here even if it is 20 minutes out of the way!
Vegetarian options: Design your own or the Ultimate Veggie is solid. The salads are plentiful and dressing options are great! They will not dissappoint!
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for the picky eaters! Don't leave out the cookie or brownie, they are great treats for kids and kid-at-hearts!

Connor took our order & the only reason to put this review was He was great! Great customer service. Very polite and Helpful. Will come back for sure and ofcourse Pizza was really nice as well. They can work on the getting better furniture for dine in but great overall!

They need to tell some of the customers. That they are not Uber drivers. There's no need to park directly in front of the store. There's an entire parking lot

I love Jets pizza. I will never buy it again because of what happened last night. In a Wednesday evening after 8 pm, I ordered one pizza and a salad for delivery on the Jets app. 30 min in I got an alert that door dash was now going to deliver my food. That’s fine and all, but I paid with my card and leave tip and sign when driver gets here. Well, since it was door dash no delivering, there is no option to leave a tip. I had no cash and no way to leave the tip. This is terrible business practice and customer should be alerted when this happens. This leaves the customer in an awkward situation and potential angry door dash employee who is then not getting tipped. Please keep this in mind when ordering from Jets Pizza. I, myself, will never be ordering from them again.

I ordered two large pizza and one of them the Detroit style and I find a piece of ham a big piece not just a small piece in my pizza and I believe the pork has fat. It’s spread on the pizza when it cooked and I talked to the store manager, and he was rude with me and he use the F word first because I told him your store located around a very large Muslim community, which means you have to be careful if you want customers to come to your store or buy pizza or order pizza from your store, you have to care about what they can eat what they cannot eat, and he said I don’t care about your religion and he kept yelling if you can have the call recorded. Just listen to it and see how rude this tour manager, and from now on I’m going to tell everybody in this community Muslim community to abandoned this jet pizza and not go to it anymore, until you guys sold this problem and I will start from now telling everybody about the incident.You can’t mark the pizza with other food certain people from other religions can’t eat it but the store manager stupid enough to think it’s okay and not a big deal all people can eat ham and he can use it to make the pizza with it . I ended up throwing the pizza in the trash when jets pizza was my favourite restaurant but not anymore and I’ll continue telling everyone abut how stupid the store manager and the stupid label to make the difference between his baked pizza.
