“There are a number of new stores in the Mall and the hours are back to 11am-8pm, except on Sunday which is 11am-6pm. There are a few stores that open earlier, one of which is Shelby's Sugar Shop. They now offer their wonderful candy selection, as well as a full coffee bar menu with 34 different flavor syrups.
