I ordered a 3 piece box all white meat that's two breast one wing. I was given two thighs and a leg. You shouldn't have to open and inspect it at the counter. The manager shouldn't have to watch you all the time either.

First of all coming from working fast food you should NEVER deny fresh food. Couple days back I ran over an got 2 chicken littles they was disgusting very old I asked them to make them fresh they said no bc they had to much chicken up already, went there today for a chicken bowl asked how long the chicken had been up she said abt 33 min I asked her if they could be fresh and she said “chicken is good for a hour” told her I still wanted it fresh she said it would be abt a 6 min wait an I still got old food. Very very rude taking my order over all this is the worst kfc ever DO BETTER !!!!!!!!!!!

It’s Tuesday at 6 o’clock. Went to get a family pack for dinner and they said they were out of chicken. Not sure how that happens when you’re a chicken restaurant, but it was pretty pathetic and poor Customer service. On my way to Popeyes as KFC will not be getting my business for a very, very long time.

Ordered sandwichs thru drive-thru told they would bring them out. At 15 min still no food. Cook was just starting to drop chicken would take an additional 8 mins to cook. Hate to see if they were actually busy.

I picked up lunch here today I preordered thru the kfc app. I got to the store a little before my stated time and the order was already waiting. Unfortunately, my food was cold. The tenders i ordered were almost naked with no breading - i did not order them this way. I went back inside and explained what was wrong with my hood and that I just wanted my money back. At that point I did not want to eat anything that was made here. The lobby was dirty and there was nobody dining in. It was 11am. The lady behind the counter told me because I ordered on the app they couldn't refund me. I won't be back.

I love this KFC. It is in a wonderful location, it is very easy to get in and out of. Close to my home.
You can't beat a couple pieces of fresh hot chicken on the run.
They do is right, I would recommend anyone come to this KFC.

Ordered 8 piece, specifically asked do you have crispy they said yes. Get to the window they do not have biscuits gave me extra side. Get home, 2 thighs 2 legs 2 original wings NO breast. Call up there. Argued she put atleast one breast in there she packed it. Come back I'll give you 2 breast. 40 min round trip. So all my food will be cold by time I eat. Nothing was resolved they gave me no receipt. Debit card can time stamp. Definitely my last stop st the kfc in liberty on route 4
