Staff was very friendly. We were seated upstairs. The room was extremely loud. Our table was very tight, squeezed in near the bar so chairs were constantly being bumped. In addition one of our party was seated right up against the gas fireplace so they became uncomfortably hot. Considering the price charged for the food, the quality was mediocre at best. Unlikely to try this restaurant again.

In celebration of my wife's Birthday Kona Grill had been recommended by a friend. With the cold weather it must have been a bad night. We were greeted at the door and immediately seated at a high top table close to the bar. There were servers standing by the bar in conversation, we waiting also 15 minutes before we go the attention of the greeter who then got the attention of the bar staff, who at that time came to our table. I had the Prime Rib / French Dip which seemed over cooked and bread was very hard, my wife had the Sweet Glazed Salmon which she said was ok. If figured with a $100.00 plus meal a complimentary Birthday desert would have been offered, instead a $15.00 Carrot Cake was added to the bill. I did tip the server $20.00 for a not so good experience. I don't think I would recommend this place to any friends of mine.

Overrated restaurant. When placing the reservation it asked if we wanted standard seating or outdoor. Selected standard and still got sat outside. Where we were sat the heater was broken so it was freezing. They brought out a smaller steak for my sister in law than what she ordered. This was reconciled but she didn't get the steak until we were done and ready to pay. The pasta was $33 and the serving size was small. I added chicken absolutely not worth the upcharge. There are several other things that were not great but not particularly bad. Came here for my mom's birthday and was very underwhelmed. Only saving grace was that our server was a peach.

Food was very poor and cheap. But was very expensive. I called it a Walmart steak. Nothing against Walmart but if I'm going to pay 31 bucks for a steak it better be good. Our service was very good and was very helpful.

It was my Dad's birthday and his meal was subpar. He got the chicken sandwich and it was stringy and rubbery. The prices were way too high for the value we received.

Three of us sat at the bar. First off the bartender had no personality whatsoever. She seems annoyed and this was 2 days before Christmas. Two people ordered old fashions and they were some of the worst. Even the garnishes were left off. I had a flight of margaritas that had no flavor. After I finished them, I was never asked if I would like anything else to drink. We had to ask for water. We had the potstickers that tasted like they came from a frozen box. The spicy tuna roll was so spicy that you couldn't taste the tuna. We did complain about these and the bartender asked if we wanted them taken off the bill like it was going to be too much trouble. Another bartender tasted it and said it was mild compared to one he tasted the other day. We told him he could have the rest. The 2 sea bass sliders were small and very fishy smelling and tasting. I took one bite. The 2 hamburger sliders were also very small. The chicken lettuce wrap ordered since the spicy tuna was too spicy tasted like someone split in it plus it took at least 20 min to arrive after we didn't like the spicy tuna roll. When asking for the bill, the one bartender ignored us. It took at least 10-15 more minutes to get the first bartender to bring it to us. The total was $167 for some of the worst food and service we have had. We did leave a $30 tip bc we are good tippers but we should have just walked out. We will NEVER return again!!
