We travel a bit out of our way to surpass our more local (&& less bougie) kroger, to visit this location. Not only is it newer, nicer and maintained better, but the variety and extensive selection never leaves us disappointed. This location has top of the line, space-age/futuristic displays && coolers as well as being a super-center, carries products other than groceries (i.e: floral, clothing, home decor, summer fun ect). It's the whole package in one appealing location.

EVERY time I do click list I run into an issue whether it’s being done on time or (mostly) getting bad produce. I’ve complained before without calling customer service but always went back bc of convenience but getting a CLEARLY expired bag of lettuce that we planned to have this evening for dinner was the last straw. If you aren’t competent enough to see this is bad you shouldn’t be preparing orders.. ridiculous that it happens over and over for a company that claims to provide fresh produce and continues to charge more than other companies. Back to Aldi’s we go.

Going to Kroger is getting to be like going to Walmart and NEVER have cashiers to check you out. If you don’t want to hire cashiers then at least hire some younger kids to bag the groceries WE as shoppers have to ring up ourselves!!! I shouldn’t have to go work my job and then stop at the store and do the job you should have people there to do for me! How about even having the self check out clerk bag and help the customers that are ringing up groceries. It’s really ridiculous!

Hands down my favorite Kroger to shop at! I love the bar and live music, plus they always have a fresh, great selection and tons of variety. Definitely the best product in the area. The staff is always on their game and willing to help - with a great attitude and friendly smile! Seems like everyone enjoys their job. This place will always be my go-to.

This place is huge! I'm new to this store so I had difficulty finding my way around. However the store personnel were very polite and helpful. The store is very clean.
I am very disappointed with this new Kroger. They are never completely stocked. Their cheeses are more likely to be moldy than not. The check out staff is great, but I've been to inner city stores that Kroger has since closed that were better maintained.

Had the rudest customer service ever today when picking up my groceries. With 2 girls! It just comes down to where they just didn't want to do their job! Come on krogers do better! I've been coming to this krogers forever and I've never experienced what I did today. Some people just need a reality check!
