So I see a end cap display.Not a shelf but more of the round wire rack .I thought I was crazy at first .Room temp heavy cream ???????I told two you make workers .They said these were instructed to go there by "the higher ups" okay .so I go to the front desk with this picture .She says heavy cream thing ? Yeah I've heard complaints all day .But my boss says this is right .Ummmmm NO ITS NOT ! And if you think this is right ? What else are you doing to my food before I buy it !!!????calling board of health tomorrow!!! They are going to kill somebody

The Deli at this location is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! No matter how many staff members are behind the counter, none of them acknowledge a waiting customer or even make eye contact. I have TERRIBLE service every single time I visit this Deli. Today, I stood at the counter for 7 minutes waiting on one of the two ladies to acknowledge my presence and take my order. I was the ONLY customer at the counter. I finally asked if I could get some service and was told they were busy working on other customer orders. When I finally got waited on (after 10 minutes waiting) my order was sliced way too thick despite my request for "very thin". They have deli thickness picture guides all over the deli, how can they not follow their own guidelines? I continue to be amazed at the lack of training, service and unprofessionalism of the deli staff. What happened to common courtesy and customer service?

Nice and spacious basically everything you need and want all in one fabulous place. Their selection is huge and it's nice that they have many self checkout stations.

So if I'm spending over $250 on groceries, and go to the checkout line. And the cashier doesn't get off the chair while I bag all of my groceries myself. You can guarantee I'm gonna raise hell. Not a single finger was lifted to help. While there was multiple employees standing around not doing anything except playing on their phones. When the cashier told me total. I continued to bag my groceries, and said give me a second. they repeated my total 3 times, but not once got off the chair to help me bag a single item I was purchasing. Absolute waist to allow your employees sit around and not Do their job

It’s a new Kroger and you should find what you need with the exception of an open register to checkout in. Only two registers were open and the self checkouts were packed

Pharmacy drive thru is always closed. Over twenty people in line inside the store trying to pick up a prescription. The time promised is never when they have the medication ready. I always have to call to get anything filled on time. Worst pharmacy ever!

So I get places are short staffed and employees just want to close and go home but you can’t do that when your a pharmacy and people depend on their medication! Kroger’s on Kyle’s station in liberty twp just shut their window right at 8 when they closed with people in line who had been waiting since 7:30! My fiancé was waiting for her insulin which she’s been trying to get for 2 days, she is now out of insulin!

Ok maybe it was my expectations and their branding.. this is about the same as the one on 747 that's just a big Kroger
It’s close, therefore, it’s convenient. If Meijer was closer, I wouldn’t go to Kroger. It’s more expensive but the quality isn’t any better than Meijer. Secondly, they have OBNOXIOUS musicians playing while I shop. Mind you, I’m not an expert but I do have a Bachelors of Music Ed., K-12 and the some of the musicians are VERY bad and actually make me get out of the store as quickly as possible. If you’re going to have live music…raise the bar. Some of the people are really good. The individual on the Soprano Sax cannot play as well as most high school students. Upside, very friendly, polite, and helpful cashiers and baggers.

I don’t recommend this store. It’s suppose to be new and well laid out and the customer service is lacking. Why is frozen shrimp and fish on a corner capstone in beer section and not with the other frozen stuff?

I was being “helped” at the guest service desk and the lady, Sue, just left. I waited 5 minutes and left. Couldn’t believe it. My exchanged was not completed. I purchased my items and spoke with a couple employees and they told me that Sue is not helpful at all. The cashiers were truthful and helpful. I recommend the cashiers. But don’t ever got to guest services and expect Sue to resolve any issues you have.

Now Open!!! Starbucks, Gas Station, Pharmacy, Clothing, Deli, Grab & Go and.... Groceries! Wide aisles and very open. Another beautiful new location. Looking forward to this being our new, everyday, neighborhood Kroger. Would I go back? Likely more often than I'd like to admit, but yes. Absolutely!!
