This is the best Marcos location around. They are always quick and courteous with delivery orders and go to extra mile to include plates or napkins if needed. They have sent crushed red peppers and grated parm without us asking. Their pizza is go to for family night. Highly recommend the pepperoni magnifico and both the cheesy bread and breadsticks.

My company feeds our workers lunch every Friday, usually upwards of 15 or 16 pizzas at least once a month. Marco's Liberty Twnshp is my go-to for pizza. It's my employee's favorite! And more importantly for me, the Friday morning shop manager is AMAZING! He always has my pizzas ready to order, gets them in my car and is fantastic to work with. Rarely, but a couple times I've had some issues with coupons and the website. When I call in the order, the staff makes my life easy. And my employees are spoiled with the great taste. Thank you and Kudos to the Marco's staff!

Every time I order online from here (Marcos 4885 Princeton Rd Liberty Twp) I have to wait for at least 15 minutes despite the order showing ready for pickup. On 12/6/24 I went in to pick up pizza and salad. Once again, the order was not ready. There were at least 10 people in the kitchen in what appeared to be total chaos. After waiting for 15 minutes and feeling ignored, I asked to talk to the manager (Ashley). I could see the manager standing back in the kitchen. When I was speaking to her, she said she couldn’t hear me. I asked her if she could come out to talk to me and she said she was too busy. Again, I spoke to her regarding my order and she told me again that she couldn’t hear me. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ASHLEY. The right thing to do would be to come to the counter and ask how you can help. Instead of telling someone you’re too busy. The customer also waiting standing next to me, said that she couldn’t believe how unprofessional Ashley’s behavior was. Ashley needs some customer service training. She also needs to learn how to run a kitchen.
Not only did Courtney have excellent customer service the pizza was soooo delicious!!! She's awesome thank you for making my pizza with love

It seems like every time I go there, the food is not ready in time! They said 40-50 minutes. I went there and after waiting in line for ten minutes, it was over an hour. When I got to the counter, the guy then says “huh it will be another 40 minutes..” What actually heck?! This is the last time they ruin an event for us.
