Every time I order online from here (Marcos 4885 Princeton Rd Liberty Twp) I have to wait for at least 15 minutes despite the order showing ready for pickup. On 12/6/24 I went in to pick up pizza and salad. Once again, the order was not ready. There were at least 10 people in the kitchen in what appeared to be total chaos. After waiting for 15 minutes and feeling ignored, I asked to talk to the manager (Ashley). I could see the manager standing back in the kitchen. When I was speaking to her, she said she couldn’t hear me. I asked her if she could come out to talk to me and she said she was too busy. Again, I spoke to her regarding my order and she told me again that she couldn’t hear me. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ASHLEY. The right thing to do would be to come to the counter and ask how you can help. Instead of telling someone you’re too busy. The customer also waiting standing next to me, said that she couldn’t believe how unprofessional Ashley’s behavior was. Ashley needs some customer service training. She also needs to learn how to run a kitchen.

It seems like every time I go there, the food is not ready in time! They said 40-50 minutes. I went there and after waiting in line for ten minutes, it was over an hour. When I got to the counter, the guy then says “huh it will be another 40 minutes..” What actually heck?! This is the last time they ruin an event for us.

Thought I’d give them a chance because I don’t order from there often. Princeton Road Liberty Marcos. That was a mistake. I get being short-staffed, but a confirmation email shouldn’t give an estimated delivery time that is off by an hour. It may have never arrived. I called and cancelled because everyone in the house is sleeping now. Guess we’ll eat a big breakfast!

I used to order Marcos all the time. The one in Monroe went out of business, so we would drive to Princeton Rd. After last evening, I would never order again. The cheese and deluxe both tasted like frozen pizza, Freschetta like, but worse. Fratelli’s is way better and fresher ingredients.

Ordered at 5:13, they told me 25 minutes. At 5:54 I was still waiting on my food inside the restaurant. This is my experience 80% of the time. It’s really ashamed because their food is good.

So disappointed! We usually get the best food from this location. The sandwiches we ordered, were ok, but the buffalo wings were so tiny. And, it was like they took bbq wings and covered them in buffalo sauce.

Marco's should fill that 80's and 90's void that Pizza Hut left. Build more dine-in restaurants. The pizza was great today.
