Always something with the night shift. Either their systems are down and cash only for whatever reason.
Tonight they were ‘down for maintenance’ with not a single service truck in the parking lot.

This is the worst McDonald’s imaginable. This so-called “fast food” is nothing but a joke on customers. No matter how hungry you are or what time you come, the result is always the same — endless waiting. The service is terrible, the staff work so slowly it feels like they don’t care at all about the people standing in line. And this isn’t a one-time problem — it has been going on for years. The owner of this place either doesn’t care about his business or simply doesn’t realize he’s losing it. Right across the street, Burger King and Wendy’s will serve you faster than this so-called “fast food” ever will.

Absolutely awful service. Pushed me through to the second window to wait for my food. Waited for 10 min with two kids in the car before I yell back at the worker asking if my food was coming. They didn’t acknowledge me and then a couple minutes later my food finally came. I told the worker my wait was ridiculous and he said I could take it up with the manager as he rolled his eyes and walked away from me. And to top it off, my pancakes were literally cold.

McDonalds:
Line took 2hrs…or at least it felt like it because this was supposed to be my family’s start to our 9hr travel day. The drive through line hardly moved and the workers were dancing around to music inside. The dining room dude was doing his job sweeping the floors while everyone else was partying.
Why is the flag at half staff?? Siri didn’t even have a reason!!
McCrispy strips are back BUT when I asked for Crispy strips they had none!!
We got our own personal delivery boy when he came with our coffee, he opened the door without our consent.
Eggs were gray 🫠.

On 2 different occasions recently, I ordered on the mobile app and when I got there to pick the food up, the order had been canceled both times so I'm kind of done with McDonald's till they get their act together .

I have a hearing disability so I use the mobile app to oder. This saves me from having to try ordering through the speakers at the drive through. I always pull to the 1st window and give them my mobile app code to place my order. There's a sign right there on the window that says people with hearing disabilities can order at the 1st window.
On 04/06/2025 I pulled up to window 1 and gave my mobile order to Mina. She refused to take my mobile order. She told me that I would have to go back through the line and give her my order through the speaker. I explained to her that I have a hearing disability and that I wanted to give her my mobile order number at the window. She again refused to take my order number and shut the window. She turned away and went back to her computer, refusing to look at me for 2 whole minutes while the line behind me grew larger. I finally proceeded to window 2 where they took my mobile order (confirming that Mina had not entered my order at window 1).
This is blatant discrimination.

Ordered 2 Minecraft meals. Got home and realized we'd been scammed and received no Nether sauce, which is the only thing that makes the meal different from a normal one.

10/10 best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in a long time. I had placed a mobile order. Unfortunately it wasn’t showing up on there end. The young lady working the drive-thru took the time to resolve the issue and make sure I received my order. She was very polite and professional.

After returning home and tasting my order it was the icing on the cake , everything was cooked, prepared and tasted perfectly.

Hats off to the over night shift working on Friday 4/04/25. Best customer service and food quality experience I’ve had at MCDonalds!

Typical McDonald's, food barely warm for lunch. $4.59 for a quarter pounder. Breakfast is usually good, though. App is nice!

Unfortunately, my experience at this McDonald’s location has been disappointing. The service tends to be slow, and customer interactions could be improved. Additionally, order accuracy has been an issue on multiple occasions, so I would recommend double-checking your order before leaving.

For a better experience, you may want to consider the Burger King across the street, where the service has been more reliable in my experience.

Is McDonald's is never good in any of the departments the employees act like they don't want you to come there and the food tastes like they don't want you to come back and I guess I should add at least another star for atmosphere since they did a remodel
