Went to cowboy Sally’s and had the Brussels and ordered cornbread , Nicholas was my server he was bubbly & knowledgeable made for a great dinner

Recently, I had the pleasure of dinning here where I experienced exceptional service from a waiter named Nicolas. His attentiveness and friendliness truly enhanced the dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food – it was outstanding! The meat was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. And let's not forget about the Mac& cheese – absolutely delicious! However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the sandwich. It was a true masterpiece – packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Overall, my dining experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Nicolas and the amazing food. I can't wait to go back for more!"

Not a bad spot, not a great spot. Depends what you’re looking for. Brisket was solid, Mac and cheese was phenomenal. Burnt ends were ok and pre sauced unlike most I had when visiting Texas. Also didn’t have a Texas whiskey on the shelf. Gotta get a Balcone, Garrison Brothers or even TX large brand Texas whiskey on the bar shelf if you’re gonna have a Texas bbq and bar option. Overall not bad small tweaks could really make the place that much better

The burnt ends and the pulled pork were dry as if they were leftover from the previous day. The fry's came out lukewarm warm along with the lukewarm warm onion straws. When I asked for fresh the server took them to the back and placed them under a warmer. I know this b/c I asked her and she admitted that she sat them under the warmer. The food is flavorless and in my opinion terrible. Even the Arnold Palmer was flavorless!

Food was absolutely horrible. Meat was very very dry and bland. Mac and cheese had dry chunky cheese. Cornbread was also very dry. My brother does competition style barbecue.... This was very disgusting. We will definitely not be back. Best tasting was my drink... Peach whisky and my water.

This place was an absolute disappointment, probably my worst experience ever at a restaurant. We had to wait around 30 minutes to get seated which was fine. We ordered drinks ( coke, water, tea) and when the waitress returned with our drinks we were puzzled that they serve your drink in half glasses. Then we ordered our food and enjoyed some karaoke for a while but then an hour passed and we never got our food. The waitress then said she would go check on our food but she never returned to let us know anything. Now ten minutes later the food came out but one of the dinners was wrong and my guest just told them to take it back. At this time we asked our waitress for silverware and she left to get a manager. Now we sat with our food and couldn’t even eat it after waiting all this time. Finally another waitress passed by and she got us silverware. Then we started to eat only to find out everything was cold, really cold and the pulled pork was very dried out and mostly fat. When the bar manager came to apologize for the wait, we told her that the food was cold also and said she would comp the food. Now between the wait to be seated and the wait for our food it’s now nearing two hours and we still haven’t had anything to eat and not once were we offered for them to take it back for hot food. My first experience was my last.

We liked the atmosphere but the music was so loud I could barely hear our server. Unfortunately the food was underwhelming. They were pretty dead for a Sunday night which may have effected the food. We sat next to the kitchen and we could see in and we only saw one cook preparing the meals, and only one at a time. So one meal would sit up on the hot line while he made the other. It happened to our table and to another couple. One of the other couples meals sat on the line for at least ten minutes while the cook prepared the other. The food wasn’t hot, nor that great. We get better smoked meat from Mission BBQ. We had high hopes but not sure we’ll be back. The only upside was no one was singing karaoke lol.
