Disappointed! I usually get the amazing flourless cupcake they used to make but it's been discontinued so I tried the gf cookie monster which is small for the price and it's NOT good.
The flavor and texture is horrible !

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Britney and Anita at Molly’s Cupcake for a special birthday event in Ohio. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. They constantly checked in, reminded me of deadlines, and ensured I was able to complete my order on time. Despite a tight travel schedule, they graciously accommodated an early pickup outside of regular hours, which made a huge difference for me.

Not only did they deliver beautifully customized cakes, cupcakes, and cookies, but they also surprised me by pulling off a design they didn’t think they were going to pull off for me, compensating for a very minor technical issue with flair and kindness. Their dedication and attention to detail helped make the event a complete success. I owe them so much for the extraordinary service they provided!

This review is for their cookies. I bought a variety to take to my niece's bday party. The peanut butter was OK. It was crumbly and dry but the taste was good. The sugar coke was the best, moist and sugary. The chocolate chip was inedible. Nobody at the party could eat it. Someone had to have made a mistake with these they tasted like baking soda. The adults and kids spit it back out. I took the remaining cookie back but they wouldn't refund me. I won't be going back.

I stopped at Molly‘s yesterday to get a cupcake. I considered the strawberry shortcake ones but was turned off by the shriveled, old pieces of strawberry on top. I then selected the white chocolate raspberry one which looked a bit better. As I walked out of the store, I noticed the raspberry on top was moldy. I went back in and the girl gave me a new one from the racks behind the counter instead of the ones in the showcase. They keep the fresh ones in the racks and have the old ones in the display cabinet. I would think that is the opposite of what they should do if they are trying to push old stale product on their customers. I will not return.

I used to buy cupcakes from Molly’s every week when I went to buy milk tea at Qlicious. since Qlicious was forced out I have never been to Liberty center again. Just heard you will open one in factory52 I will definitely get cupcakes over there.

If it were possible, I would give this establishment a 0! Everything we bought there was simply disgusting! It's also stale! they threw away everything they bought, they wouldn’t even eat it for

We stopped into Molly's after shopping yesterday. We had never tried or even heard of Molly's until walking past the store. We arrived right as they opened. The girl was still putting the cupcakes in the case. The Peach Cobbler looked delicious, so I got two,lol and my daughter got the Chocolate Decadence. She enjoyed hers but the peach cobbler was disgusting. The white cream on top tasted and smelled spoiled. Like soured milk. I impatiently waited to try one the whole car ride home but in the end it was a disappointment. Didn't even come close to my expectations.

Cute shop. Cupcakes were okay... tasted like grocery store cupcakes, but more expensive.

Molly's recently made a cupcake cake for our company Christmas party. We gave them our logo and the colors we wanted to incorporate, but overall left the design to them -- they turned out beautifully!! Looked and tasted great, our guests were very pleased. They were so helpful and easy to work with.

I bought $76 (1.5 doz) worth of asst cupcakes for Thanksgiving and they were just ok. Very dense and not very sweet cupcakes and on the dry side. I was disappointed. I kept refrigerated as instructed by the girl in the store. I would say the raspberry white chocolate was comparable to a jiffy corn muffin with decent raspberry cream topping. it just wasn't for me. pretty cupcakes just didn't live up to the hype for us.
