We gave it a try, I would not even recommend others TRYING this.1) No indication it’s a virtual kitchen. Maybe we should have done more research, and maybe they should be more up front so customers don’t drive around looking for an establishment that doesn’t exists. And they don’t answer the number given.2) DO NOT EXPECT WHATS PICTURED. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! The sandwich was dry, I mean Sahara dry. Meat so over cooked nothing had soaked into the bread! I couldn’t find ANY CHEESE, and no cheese whiz as pictured. It was like the show “Nailed it”, where a professional makes something and amateurs try and fail horribly!!! So badly you aren’t sure it’s the same thing.3)The fries had no taste. The only good thing I could say is if you love fries the small is like a bucket. I can’t fathom what a large looks like. Given how few I ate it seems wasteful.4)This is a virtual restaurant inside of Brio is a failed experiment. Get a cheesesteak from anywhere else, you won’t be sorry.
Parking: It’s in Brio so metered spots would be best.

I’ve been to this one before. The first everything was perfect. This last time they forgot to add cheese sauce to my cheese steaks! I mean cmon man lol that’s one of the keys to an authentic Philly cheese
