I should have gotten her name, but I went in today and ordered two subs and there was one lady working and she was very pleasant, polite, and hustled. Because of her I very much enjoyed my experience and would love to go back to this location.

This is by far the best penn station I have ever walked into. The staff were welcoming to customers walking in.
The place was so clean smelled good. The food was AMAZINGLY fresh. I would recommend this penn station to anyone

Terrible customer service, called ahead to pick up and waited 45min for food. Watched people walk in, order, and get their food before me. Asked one of the staff and they coldly responded; “food is worked on in order” told them when I ordered and she shrugged her shoulders. Asked for a refund and was told know one here can do that. Left with cold soggy subs.

Very rude staff, like unnecessarily rude. The rather large lady at the checkout needs to be educated in customer service. Usually the food is decent but I cancelled my order because of her attitude

Lobby very dirty , tables and floors no one eating inside . Ask about who Dey 24 promation. It was only dine in and a small sandwich. While eating 3 men behind counter older gentlemen on cell texting whole time leaned up on cheese counter . Other 2 chatting did help 2 other 4 other customers that came in but no one ate in only take outs . They could have cleaned something, I wanted to leave but this was my mother’s choice of lunch. I had surgery yesterday couldn’t argue I can’t drive. I left a message for management that called back said dining room was a mess cause they had construction. We’re ? No sorry I was there 30 to 40 min out of 4 men and a lady working 1 of them had time to get a rag or a broom . Hate to see there homes .

Such a terrible experience !!! Running a promotion for WhoDey 24 after a Bengals win buy one get one. Spent almost 45 minutes of the website crashing or buffering finally gave up. Then tried again finally got thru and went to checkout and said can not take online orders at this time. So I decided to take my email promotion to the store and the guy said my manager turned off the feature for web orders. So how is that fair to the customer ? Why do a promotion if you can't honor it ? Why turn the feature off I understand you we're probably getting slammed bit then why have that deal only to turn down a paying customer. Such a scam of a promotion. Multiple locations did not answer the phone and having website issues. Mis leading to the customer thinking their getting a good deal.
