My wife's favorite place for take out or a quick lunch. The subs are all fantastic. Every restaurant that serves French fries should learn how to make them like Penn Station. The fresh squeezed lemonade is also top notch. A great value. The only thing they need to improve on is cleaning the dining area. It always seems to need cleaned.
First time visiting this location my sandwich was made with way to many onions. The fries weren't dropped until I arrived which made me wait. I placed my order coming from blue ash I thought walk in walk out.

Out of all the penn stations I have gone to I got an Italian and it was mostly thick strips of ham and hardly anything else probably won't go back to this location. Win some you lose

I love the service, courtesy, and food at this location 1140 Kemper road Forest Park. I live 5 minutes away. I definitely those who want a manger that overlooks his total operation from the initial greeting, cleanliness, suggesting other items to see Mr. Andre Ross. I believe he is the manager and I am sure his employees love him!

Good food but the little dude with the tattoos and the knife on his belt working the counter seems a bit rude and condescending when he takes your order. This was Oct 14th 2023 at 3:30pm. Like why are you wearing a knife working at Penn Station anyway???

I've been to others that have made me sick before, so I'm more than happy to have found one that makes it the way it's intended. Great food and great environment. It's clear their manager is on top of things ensuring a proper business, and projecting a positive image.

The customer service at this location is horrible. They are never friendly and have an attitude when you ask a question. The food isn’t bad but I’ll drive to another location further away for better service, there are plenty of them around.
The atmosphere at this location, and the speed of service is decent enough. However, when it comes to the food I expected better. My daughter and I ordered grilled turkey subs and the meat was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. Everything tasted good but when you order a hot sub and it's all cold, it doesn't go well. The guy that took our order left much to be desired as well. Definitely not a friendly group working tonight. As much as we love Penn Station, I don't see us visiting this location again.

Penn station is known for fresh fries and yet everytime I come here they scoop old ones that are already made. No oil even in the fryer. Also they never cut the sandwiches.

Serve average. The food was below average. The order was incorrect. The customer service was horrible.I do not recommend this place and I won't be back.

Take out:Two sandwiches were incorrect and it was missing a sandwich. I called and explained to the employee who answered the phone. I believe he didn't understand the issue and put the manager on. Both were a little argumentative. Finally the manager agreed to remake the order. This time the two sandwiches were corrected but the chicken wasn't good and for being teriyaki they were very bland. Overall the food and customer service were barely a one star.
