“Mashed potatoes are still frozen what else would you want instead” after waiting 45 minutes after ordering them. Wasn't a server's fault at all. She was very pleasant, but this place needs to get it together. It wasn't the manager that came and apologized. It was the server who was absolutely overwhelmed with the assignment she had. I can tell you this was my first time there and I will never return the substitute food that was brought was subpar at best and the hamburger that was ordered well done to replace the missing meatloaf and mashed potato meal was medium at Best. This place is terrible.

Food came out late, pizza was not fully cooked. Stroganoff quality was average to poor. We usually have great food and service. We will have to go to the Mason location moving forward.

Food and service were great!! The waitress was bringing drinks without being asked and checking on us.

The entire staff was great! Jamie was very attentive, while allowing my guest and me to have a conversation without constant interruptions! - Thank you!

We ate there Monday for lunch and our server (female, short blonde ponytail) had such an attitude it ruined our entire meal. We had no napkins, our soda was flat, when we received our food it was soggy as though it had been sitting out for a while. The server slammed drinks on the table, rolled her eyes and just generally acted like she would rather do anything in the world but her job.

Can't say much about the food due to our party leaving before getting properly seated, server tried seating a party of 5 at a table meant for 3 at best, table next to where we were being seated had plenty of space but was apparently reserved. Left right after we we're told that they had no other seating options.

Had an okay time. We were sat and the server took our drink order and our food order and then we didn't see her again until we had to ask for a box. Our food was delivered by someone else (which is understandable because sometimes the servers are busy, I don't mind that, I just mind the fact that she didn't come back to touch base on if everything was okay) but no one came by to ask us for a refills. Restaurant didn't seem too busy at the time since it was middle of the day. Food was okay. We couldn't wait to get out of there lol.

The hostess was rude when we walked in the door. I was asked how many people, I said 4-with 2 kids. She kind of rolled her eyes, walked us to the table and threw down the menus. We were never asked or offered kids menus. So the night didn’t start out as a great experience. Our server Max was polite and let us know about their Happy Hour, explaining several items. The food was meh, nothing special but for the happy hour price it was sufficient. Upon leaving the same hostess seemed more interested in her phone than a farewell to us as guests. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is Max was a great and friendly server, otherwise I would have given 1 star.
