Their service sucks. This is the milkshake they gave us. What a joke. Cashier handed me back my credit card all greasy which I found disgusting. Wearing black gloves doesn’t make your hands clean Shake Shack. Last week, when we ate inside, a man delivered our food and gave us the rudest look when we said “thank you.” And he forgot something in our order, when I WAITED up front to tell someone, someone else came in to complain about their drive thru order. I told my son that I can’t go there anymore.

Food was great we’ll definitely be back! It’s kind of hard to figure out the system your first time, especially when it’s busy. They say they’ll text when your food is ready but they didn’t and the table numbers got messed up so it was a little chaotic!
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger and a grilled cheese (the kind on an inverted bun)

I’ve been to this specific location 4 times now. The first time I ever had Shake Shack was in Boston and it was delicious. The best fast food burger I’ve had as a matter of fact. So I was kind of pumped when this location opened and I’m not a huge burger guy.
1st time eating here the food was on point. Burgers just right.
However, 2 out of the 3 times I ate here again the burgers were burnt and they left out an item on one occasion. I think the story here and fairest way to put it judging from other reviews is that this location is inconsistent. You see a lot of 5 star reviews and then 1 or 2 star reviews.
I’d love for this place to get some additional training or support from corporate. Admittedly I’m not a huge burger eater but when I spend the calories on one it’s nice if it is really good as SS should be. I wouldn’t tell folks to steer clear of this location but I think it’s a toss up as to the quality of food you will get on any given day.

You basically serve yourself here. The food was nothing to write home about. We got a burger, chicken sandwich and hot dog and fries. The fries are simple crinkle cut fries and were cold. The overall portions were small, and honestly just disappointing after the hype it got when it first opened.
Not the best. First time so we placed our order at the register. It almost seemed like he was upset we didn't use the self-serve kiosks, which were all occupied. Not friendly and disheveled. We ordered a single burger and FF, chicken fingers, and a small shake. This totaled $25 and changed, and we never received the FF. Not impressed.

Yesterday, my family and I had the pleasure of trying Shake Shack for the first time at the Liberty Center location. We were blown away! The burgers were cooked to perfection, the fries were crispy and flavorful, and the shakes were absolutely delicious.
But what truly impressed us was the exceptional service. The staff, especially the gentleman in the video, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His friendly demeanor and efficient service were top-notch.
If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, I highly recommend Shake Shack. We'll definitely be returning soon!
