Food was great we’ll definitely be back! It’s kind of hard to figure out the system your first time, especially when it’s busy. They say they’ll text when your food is ready but they didn’t and the table numbers got messed up so it was a little chaotic!

Yesterday, my family and I had the pleasure of trying Shake Shack for the first time at the Liberty Center location. We were blown away! The burgers were cooked to perfection, the fries were crispy and flavorful, and the shakes were absolutely delicious.

But what truly impressed us was the exceptional service. The staff, especially the gentleman in the video, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His friendly demeanor and efficient service...

Service - there was none. You order food on a kiosk and grab a number to take to your table. Except there were no numbers and no one to ask for a number. Moreover, they are advertising a new burger with truffle sauce -- I couldn't find it on the iPad kiosk and again no one present to help.

Atmosphere -- the place is somewhat dirty and messy. The tables had been wiped clean, but the floor, the kiosks, and garbage cans were all dirty. The whole...
