Camden gave us a great experience today. He was alone running the store and still provided top quality customer care. I question why a manager would not have stepped up and helped the kid out but, Camden didn’t complain and made our order in a reasonable amount time considering the constraints on him. Great job!

I stopped in before my appointment next door at Mercy intending to buy a large smoothie. I asked the guy about something I can look at to c the nutrition information for their items. He wasn't able to provide it. I'm insulin dependent and need to know what the total amount of carbohydrate is in what I'm about to ingest so I know how much insulin to take. A big chain place like this is supposed to have that information immediately available and it should b provided upon request. The employee basically just said they don't have it end of story so I walked out and called the corporate office to let them know about my experience with their business. I'll probably never walk into any Smoothie King again. Thee end

This was an absolute amazing experience. I’ve never received customer service quite this good. They make you feel like you really matter in only a few brief interactions. I had a girl named Kayla and she was very kind and helped me around the menu to find a really good smoothie. Great atmosphere, great service, amazing smoothies overall 10/10. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning!!!

Absolutely ridiculous this place use to sell more than just smoothies and thats what I came for. From grabbing a C4 to make it through my shift or a snack to eat but now all the snacks are gone cause the owner doesn’t want to get anymore it’s completely ruined. The shelves are empty and unless i want a smoothie THERES no point in coming here which I never do.

Awful service. When we went in, the lone person in there was taking orders. When we got to the front of the line, she stopped taking orders and started making smoothies for those who had ordered and were waiting in line. After attending to them she said she was going to make online orders. Even after 15 minutes she never took our order and couldn't care less when we walked out.

Nice stop after Saturday yoga. The employees are always smiling and friendly. The smoothies are very very good, tho’ pricey. It’s a once in a while treat.

I went to this smoothie king on Monday 3-3 at 11am. I ordered the peanut power plus straw smoothie which I’ve been getting at various locations including this one for quite some time. I guess management has changed at this location since I’ve been in there so this was my first time back at this location with this new manager, the smoothie that I get I get it all the time so I know how it taste. This one was made by the manager and it literally tasted like she had dumped half a jar of peanut butter in this smoothie because that’s all I tasted. It was an oversaturation of peanut butter. She tells me oh that’s just the way it taste me knowing that that’s not true. I simply said OK and asked her to make me something else so I asked for the strawberry Hulk That smoothie was so runny The texture and taste was nothing like I ever have had before. And I have had the Hulk Smoothie plenty of times,
So I simply threw it in the trash after I left out of the building. I called back the next day, asked to speak to the manager and proceeded to explain what happened, Well, that was the manager that answered the phone so I begin to explain to her.
What happened. She got very upset and said I’m the manager. You don’t tell me how to do my job and hung up the phone so I’m gonna follow up with the owner if I could first and then I’m gonna reach out to corporate because if this owner has a manager that does not know how to follow the chart on when you’re making people smoothies He’s got a major problem on his hands. I have seen corporate take franchises back from franchise owners when they have a problem that they allow to continue on in there stores, but I will be in touch with corporate and I’m gonna try to reach out to the owner first

I consider myself a bit of a Smooth King connoisseur in that I love this chain. This location is terrible. The lady working 2/17, after being shown confirmation, wouldn’t make the smoothies or give me a refund. Would avoid.

Overall pretty great 👍 a wonderful girl made my smoothie and was fantastic but I had a late order and felt terrible about it. The poor girl was closing all alone while there were multiple other ongoing orders and was a teenager alone in a store. Please hire her a friend or two to help her close or don’t let her close at all!!!

this store is being awfully ran. i came in twice this week to get a smoothie for dinner and both times it was just one girl working. the same girl both times. no minor, especially no minor girl should be closing a store alone. i felt awful for her. she was being bombarded with orders and looked like she was going to cry. this management needs to do better and fix this staffing problem. AWFUL

This is how my smoothie was made last night for the second time. The girl who worked last night was super friendly but it was obvious she was overwhelmed being new/the only employee there. I asked for a refund, she said that she wasn’t trained to give out refunds! I asked why the smoothie wasn’t blended for the SECOND time, she said the blenders have been down lately. To the owner/manager, do better!
