The service is attentive and knowledgeable, with servers providing great recommendations. The food is exquisite and thoughtfully prepared, with favorites like Australian Wagyu, Crème Brule Sweet Corn, House Chicken Linguine, and Cookie Flight. The atmosphere is casual, warm, and inviting. Management was involved, and servers were excellent and knowledgeable. Last night wasn't as great of an experience due to the cold temperature inside, but the server was outstanding and the steak was delicious. Parking is free in the mall lot or available via valet. Son of a Butcher is an excellent choice for a bold, fun, and memorable dining experience with delicious food and attentive service.
